On Jun 11th I contracted with Dulles Airport Limo Service (also known as BWI Limo Service) for a limo to go from my house to the airport and return for $233.28 (see print confirmation #***** attached). This is for one round trip from my house to the airport on June 25 and return on July 5. This was for only one reservation, I did not use their services at any other times. I was charged this amount on June 13th. This is a valid charge. I noticed on June 22, that I was charged this amount again. I called Dulles Airport Limo Service and talked with Michael. He validated that this was the June 20th charge duplicate charge and that I should be credited back by June 28. This did not occur. I went on my trip and came back and checked my account and it was still not credited. On July 6th I called Dulles Airport Limo Service and I talked with Jeremy. He also agreed that it was a duplicate and would be credited back by July 8. It was not. I called Dulles Airport Limo Service on July 11 and I talked with Todd. He also agreed that the second charge was not valid. He said the return was processed three times but did not take. He re-authorized it and said it would show pending on my card within 24-48 hours. He also said it it was not then I should contract my bank. I received no credit back. On June 14th, I called my bank and talked with Yuliya. She told me to write the limo service about this and she would begin the process of the dispute. I wrote the Limo service on Jul 14th and send at 1:05 PM. Yuliya also requested that I upload the confirmation request and my e-mail to Dulles Limo. I did this through the website. I never heard back from the limo service. On my last statement due September 12, 2022, the June 20th charge of $233.28 was re-charged to my account by my bank. More detailed info in attached document "BBB limo dispute".
