account number ******  In 2016 I told Hall that I wanted to buy a tank and that I would not rent as I am a contractor. I wanted a small underground tank. They said they could sell me one for $800 but they would have to locate me one as they didn't have any. They ordered it and called me when it came in. I didn't have a backhoe available to dig the hole yet so I asked them to hold it for a few days and they agreed. A few days later I called Hall and asked how much would they charge me to dig the hole as my backhoe was still not available. They said they would dig the hole for 300$ So I hired them to dig the hole. I paid them in full 1200$ ...$800 for purchase of tank and $300 for the hole. A year later they started to charge me rent for they tank that I own. I called them several times over several years to try to resolve the issue but to no avail. Please help it would be appreciated.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business did not address the issue at all.  I purchased the tank from them. I paid them $1200 to dig the hole and put the tank in the ground. A year later I get a bill for rent. I contacted the billing department and they told me they would fix the problem.  Six months to a year later I got another bill.  I have called them six times and they still have not addressed the issue. Regards, **** *******

On June 14, 2018 we set an underground tank at Mr. ******** home where we charged him $435.75 to run 50 foot of copper, added a flare union, forged flare nut, and a elbow. On June 20, 2018 we then went back out to add a #9 anode bag, we charge $71.87 for this. We set the tank with propane in it and so he was invoiced for $59.98. Mr. ******* received a delivery of $236.69 in propane for the tank on 6/22/18. He this received four finance charges on 7/15/18 in the amount of 6.54 for unpaid invoice ******, 7/17/18 in the amount of .90 for unpaid invoice ******, 7/21/18 in the amount of 1.08 for unpaid invoice ******, and 7/25/18 in the amount of $3.55 for unpaid invoice *****. He then still owed $6.30 for under paying on 1/29/2018. With all these added together he owed $822.66 he made this payment on 8/14/2018. Mr. ******* never purchased the tank, if a customer does not own the tank we charge a lease fee once a year. We waived this fee if a customer gets a tank and a half of propane delivered in the year. Mr. ******* has not been able to provide proof of payment or receipt where we says he purchased the tank from us. We have no proof of where Mr. ******* purchased the tank from us, if Mr. ******* can provide us documentation we will be glad to revisit it. we have offered to sell the tank to Mr. ******* at a discounted price.
