The supervising staff is very unprofessional and there is a lack of communication. Unfortunately, your staff has not been performing their job well. It has been observed on daily basis that the toilets are not clean as well as the floors. All my staff members have been complaining of the cleaning issues at the office. Despite making many calls and text to your company. I must say I am seriously disappointed with the kind of services that have been offered by your organization. It is extremely unprofessional on your part to have a staff to not treat the situation seriously.I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards the matter so that you can have the complaint resolved. I would appreciate if you could call me to discuss the matter.

    Business response

    09/25/2023

    Good afternoon,

First let me apologize for the delay in responding, This account was assigned to our San Francisco office and not in the Maryland office, which is were I am located. I did communicate with that Master office and spoke to ***** *******, Director of that office. he stated that the client was looking for services that we could not provide to her satisfaction. After careful consideration and replacing the cleaning crews on four separate occasions, ***** had a conversation with *** **** and it was decided that we could not provide the services she required. *** **** decided to give us a 30 cancellation notice (requiered by our contract) on 9/18/2023. ***** informed her that if we are not  delivering to her satisfaction that we would cancel the agreement effective immediately and she would be free to locate another company and be released from the contract without any penalties to which *** **** agreed, and we returned the keys on that day. As of that day we have not provided services and our file has been closed since then. Our objective is to provided satisfactory services to all our customers nationwide. However, if we can not reach that goal for any reason we at least like to leave the relationship with a high note.

I hope this clarifies the complaint dated 9/21/2023.
