Horrible dealership. Took my car here for years. Recently the service department manager and staff have been horrible. They lied and said my car had been in an accident and that i had been there before for sensor issues. When they printed out the report it clearly said that i brought my car for a service and THEY cleaned the sensors. I didnt bring it to them for that. I did however bring my car to them when i had a parking assistance fault. They had to replace my rear camera. To do that, they had to remove the bumper. In doing that, they did not put the bumper back on flush and my auto open and close no longer worked. I was told they would order a new bumper, paint it and then call me to install it. A few weeks later i took my car in and a few weeks after that i went to get my car. I inspected my car and reported to them that the passenger side of the bumper was not flush and the paint job was horrible, It was not crisp and had a bunch of flaws. I was told by the service manager that the paint guy was gone and would not be returning for a week. I waited and when i called to schedule to bring my car back i was brushed off and told someone would call me. After NOT getting a call i contacted corporate. After 2 days of nothing from them i reached out to an attorney. This shop will mess your car up and refuse to accept responsibility for it. While they no longer make the XL, i am torn between trading my car in as i no longer want to ever deal with Jaguar again.

Beware this dealer. Definite turn for worse as it deals with low inventory because of COVID and impact of new construction. Do not trust promises LR always "makes it right" when you have recurring issues after purchase. The day the warranty expires you will be gouged for costs to fix the problems that existed from the beginning but they never "made right" during previous visits.
