This company is the worst company and business I've ever seen. They left us waiting for hours for a flat tire. When they finally came, they did $3,500 in damage to the sensors on the top of the axle. They refused to address it for 3 months. They denied they did it.There is a fundamental business model problem with them. Tow truck companies don't care who the customer is, because it's not their customer. ****** doesn't care about the customer, because it's **********'s customers. Based on the information provided, the damaged sensor was on the same wheel (passenger rear) that became flat and initiated the tow request. Unfortunately, the dealership did not take any photos of the damage prior to replacing the part. Without photos of the alleged damage, we were unable to determine if the damaged sensor was a result of the initial disablement, or from the service that was provided. Should there be any additional information available, we are happy to review further, however our recommendation is for the customer to pursue this matter through their insurance for further investigation.Review from Anna B

They are very inconsistent and they do not follow their own guidelines in regards to assisting customers. They will leave a customer waiting for 5-8 hours easily when the limit is 1hr for VIP customers and 2hrs for the others. They have now started to reject helping ******/Guarian members who Urgently is required to assist with their vehicles. They are more concerned about their employees making their numbers look good on paper more than they care about helping customers in need. Their pricing guidelines dont reflect the time of day or holidays and weekends so if its not a cheap tow service they make their employees continue to search for the cheapest possible provider with no concern for how long the customer has been waiting. I can go on and on but I will leave it as such.Urgently Roadside Services Response

*********** provided by Urgently Roadside Assistance and assigned Empire Towing NY tow my car to Mini of ***************** for repair. Further damages incurred by the tow truck that caused an additional cost for the repairs. Filed the claim with ************************* (Damage Mediator) from Urgently, and he is denying the damages complaint with all the evidence provided by Mini of *****************. Mini of ***************** addressed that the tow truck towed the incorrrect way that caused the further damages to my vehicle during towing process.Very very disappointed with the claim damage mediato, *************************Urgently Roadside Services Response

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. The vehicle was towed for a broken trailing arm on the passenger rear of the vehicle, which was documented by both the customer and tow vendor. The tow vendor did not hook up to either of these areas and drove the vehicle onto the flatbed and tied it down using the appropriate tie-downs. The additional damage being claimed is unlikely to have resulted from negligence during the tow and is more likely attributable to the vehicle's pre-existing condition as it is the same damage on the driver's side, although not as severe. This claim remains denied, along with the recommendation that the customer file a claim through their insurance for further investigation, or contact any tow companies who previously handled the vehicle. I used this service through Uber for roadside assistance and it was a nightmare! I waited 3 hours on the side of the highway to be told they couldnt send anyone to me! They did a poor job contacting me through the process and three hours later finally told me nobody was available. I wouldnt advice anyone to use this serviceUrgently Roadside Services Response

This one of the worst companies to ever exist. Called them at 10am to unlock wife's car. Received text tow company will arrive in 45 minutes, call back 1:45 told me I canceled. I had not. Said they would reach out to tow company and get back to me which they never have did. Call back same run around. Never heard back from them or tow company. Had to call local company to come out. All done in 45 minutes. Thank God for Answered Prayer Locksmith.Urgently Roadside Services Response

Terrible. Subcontracted by ***** - they were told a tow needed to be assigned tonight because if it is assigned in the morning, I have to pay a fine for being in the parking spot. its been 3 hours and they just now assigned a scheduled tow for tomorrow at a time after I need to be leaving from this location for the airport. ***** needs to choose a different subcontractor.Urgently Roadside Services Response

I used your company for a tow when my car broke down. The first lady I spoke to had her kids answering her phone and her house noise sounded very unstable. She was rude when speaking to me and I do not tolerate being disrespected. The guy came out to tow the car and said he couldnt tow it and left. The second lady I spoke to was very nice polite good customer service. I explained to her that I needed a tow that could drop my car off in my driveway from the alley. She told me she understood. I figured when she set up the tow she would have explained that to the tow company. Not sure where things fell apart there but the man that came today the truck was way to big. I call back to customer service and got another very person. He told me he didn't care about what happened yesterday and said "what do you want to about it now". I would be embarrassed as the owner if I had disrespectful people like that working at my companyUrgently Roadside Services Response
