According to the Common Interest Community Board a division of the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations (DPOR) website Atlantic Community Management Corporation’s license has expired and the company has a Consent Orders on file entered on December 14, 2023 citing the following violations:

- Failing to make use of a legible, written contract clearly specifying the terms and conditions of the management services to be performed by the common interest community manager.   The contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following
a) Beginning and ending dates of the contract,
b) Cancellation rights of the parties,
c) Record retention and distribution policy,
d) A general description of the records to be kept and the bookkeeping system to be used; and
e) The common interest community manager’s license number.
The international and unjustified failure to comply with the terms of the management contract, operating agreement, or association governing documents,
- Failing to account in a timely manner for all money and property receive by the regulant in which the association has or may have an interest, 
- Egregious or repeated violations of generally accepted standards for the provision of management services,
- Unless otherwise specified by the board, a regulant of the board shall produce to the board or any of its agents within10 days of the request any documents, book, or record concerning any transaction pertaining to a complaint filed in which the regulant was involved, or for which the regulant is required to maintain records for inspection and copying by the board or its agents.  The board may extend such time frame upon a showing of extenuating circumstances prohibiting delivery within such a 10-day period, and
- With the exception of the requirements, a regulant must respond to an inquiry by the board or its agent within 21 days.

Atlantic Community Management Corporation was fined a total of $4,150.00 by DPOR and hade sixty (60) days to pay the fine in full.
