    If I could give them 1/2 star I would. This company takes our money each and every month without abiding to the agreement that they signed. Our contract runs from 1/1/2022 -12/31/2022, However 3 months into our agreement they resigned and June 30th is their last day. They didn't pay our bills on time to which the power was shut off in 17 of our 18 buildings. We also had to pay a reconnect fee as well as late fees to which they refuse to take responsibility for. They have paid some vendors too much money and others not enough. They don't return calls or emails in a timely manor. They never pick the phone when you call their office. It looks like others have dealt with this type of performance in the past. I wish we saw this feedback before we signed on with them. This company should be out of business. Don't call them for anything!! You have been warned!!!

    Atlantic Community Management strives to provide excellent service to all of our client communities. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, situations such as this arise that are beyond our control. It is unfortunate that Mr. **** has felt the need to write such an awful review while he knows the circumstances surrounding this situation. Mr. **** has not included in his review how the Board misrepresented the requirements of the management service they requested. We were asked to bid on one community and after the contract was signed we were informed that there were at least three active individual community corporations grouped under one contract which I am still not sure is legal. I was also told by their Board Liaison during the proposal discussions that he understood that the distance and cost of traveling to the Eastern Shore from Virginia Beach created an obstacle in finding a management company and that we were not required to make site visits for inspections that the Board would complete this action themselves. I offered to include a one visit per month as a courtesy in case we had to visit the site for an emergency or other reason without additional charge. The Board also failed to provide or to facilitate the provision of the required material from the previous management company even when it became obvious that this delay had caused the failure to transition to new management in a proper manner causing delays in making timely vendor payments. As Mr. **** said, we terminated our contract with this community after just five months. Under these circumstances we could not continue in a business relationship with this Board of Directors.
