I took out a loan through FinFit Ops, LLC, which was fully paid off. My payments were deducted directly from my paycheck—a setup handled entirely between FinFit and my employer’s payroll provider, with no involvement from me. Despite my loan being repaid, FinFit continued withdrawing money from my paycheck without authorization. Unauthorized deductions continued two weeks after my loan was paid off. -Lack of assistance: FinFit failed to provide immediate support when I contacted them. -Delayed refunds: It took two weeks after being notified in writing for FinFit to issue a refund. -Repeated violation: Despite being formally notified by both me and ****, FinFit still allowed -another unauthorized withdrawal on February 7, 2025. Shifting blame: FinFit acknowledged the unauthorized deductions but shifted responsibility to my employer’s payroll provider, claiming their partnership had ended and payments had to be manually processed. I was never involved in this setup and was unaware of their partnership until these deductions continued. Potential Legal Violations: Electronic Fund Transfer Act ****** ********** – Unauthorized deductions from my paycheck after my loan was repaid. Wage Theft Concerns – Taking money from my wages without consent. Unfair and Deceptive Practices – Failing to stop deductions despite formal notification. Consumers should not be responsible for FinFit’s failures or forced to chase refunds for money that should never have been taken. FinFit had ample time to prevent further unauthorized withdrawals but failed to act, causing unnecessary financial strain. If you value your time and money, avoid at all cost. The crazy thing is that there is NO guarantee they won't deduct more money from my paycheck in 2 weeks - I have referred this to my state's attorney general and I'm considering taking them to small claims now - 0/5 stars

Not satisfied with service- the new contract with advance is not helpful at all! The new loan amounts granted are not helpful at all! I once borrowed *** bucks from this loan — company now im only allotted *** dollars max! Not helpful at all! Not happy with the new changes maybe finfit and advance need to reevaluate our contract because this is not It!!
