I bought 4 yards , delivered, of fill sand and I got river mud . I brought buckets up of both the mud I was delivered and the fill sand I had been getting which is what I expected . I was told I should be able to get new sand because they know I was delivered garbage . When I went today to make arrangements for delivery I was told I got what I paid for and they REFUSED to replace it .

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/03/17) */ ***Document Attached*** Tammy ***** ordered fill sand and we delivered fill sand as she requested. Fill sand is a construction grade compactable sand that contains clay. It is used to fill holes and for sandbags as the clay content prevents the water from going through the bags. We do not, nor have we ever sold "river mud" as she claims. Tammy came into the store demanding washed sand be delivered to her for free. Washed sand is a higher quality material and costs more. I asked her to walk out with me to look at the fill sand. She immediately stormed out of the garden center towards the fill sand pile. When I got there after her, she threw a clump of the sand at me and begun screaming that this was "river mud" and not sand. I could not even have a conversation with her as she stormed back to the garden center. By the time I got there, she was screaming the ***** word and yelling in front of other customers. She called me a piece of ** ** and the c name. She threatened to bring back buckets of the sand to show me. She left for a while and came back with two five gallons buckets of sand and shoved it in my face, yelling at me the whole time that this was "river mud". I offered to deliver more fill sand, but she did not want it and continued to scream at me and other employees the same obscenities. She dumped the buckets out onto our paver patio in the front. At this point I told her to leave and to not come back. The next day she walked onto the property after she had been told not to come back and came into the store to inform us she was going to sue us, once again causing a scene in front of customers. It took me, and two other employees to get her off the property, screaming the same obscenities the entire time. The police have been here three separate times regarding her behavior on our property. She has called me the name on our company ******** page and commented on every review that anyone has ever posted in a negative way, including false claims that we are under new management which she knows to be false. She has sent threatening emails to our general mailbox. Jack Frost will not tolerate, nor will we work with a customer whose behavior is so egregious on our property and towards any of our employees. I have attached copies of her emails and ******** posts. I will email separately a video from her last visit to our garden center. Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/03/18) */ ***Document Attached*** I sent a picture of the stuff they delivered . They call it sand , we've had a lot of heavy rain and this stuff has kept the same shape . You can see the fill sand beside it that I had been getting from them . It was completely different . It's mud Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2022/03/24) */ We stand by our previous statement. Consumer Response /* (4200, 18, 2022/03/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I did not get fill sand . She would not listen to me . She would not look at the mud so I dumped it on their patio so she would have no choice . I was extremely angry . I threw a chunk of the river mud on the ground in front of her to prove it was mud . She went up to the front of the pile with new sand and said its sand . She wouldn't listen to me and all and that made me furious . I cussed her out because she was lying to me . That doesn't change the fact that they owe me ******* . They refused to talk to me or let me on the property . My only recourse was their review and **** Now my only recourse is a civil suit . They should have been served . Thank you for your time.
