Hank the Tank is the man. He set us up before I was even in town. It felt really good knowing my house was secure before we arrived. The system itself is super nice and easy to use, also the app makes it extremely efficient when you forget to lock the door or set the alarm.Review from Phyllis B

In transitioning from one state to another, I was pleased to hear/meet, initially via Ring, Mr. Stephon ****** representing ****** ********. He stated his purpose and, based on what he shared and offered, I agreed to meet with him during my next scheduled visit to the area. Mr. ****** was proactive in following up with me upon my return. Thus, I was further impressed with him for initiating the call. He accommodated my schedule, and was thorough in explaining the security system features, along with the various options of convenience. He provided detailed information as to what was available to me and how it would benefit me in my future home. Mr. ****** fully answered my questions and ensured that I understood the Information. Additionally, he provided a courtesy text to inform me of the arrival of the technician who installed the system. Excellent customer service by Stephon. He is a very knowledgeable person who knows how to carefully answer all questions that we had with the alarm system. I couldn’t be happier with our new home alarm system! From installation to daily use, it’s been an absolute game-changer for peace of mind. The setup was quick and seamless, and the technician walked us through every feature, so we felt confident using it right away. Henry is great representative for the Vector Security Company. He ensures the system is working properly by periodically following up on how well the system is working. Shawn the installing technician got the system and cameras in place very quickly and made sure I understood how to work the different features on the system. I highly recommend this Company. I mean what can I say. As a first time Homebuyer, My wife and I were looking for a good financially sound security system with crystal quality cameras and Window sensors for all windows. Hank found us , Talked to us, Showed us proof of the work him and his techs do and man it took me 10 minutes to hop on the phone and cancel any other future security plans i had and signed up with Hank and His team immediately. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who is looking for quality home protection.Review from Anthony A

Hank was very friendly and honest. He ensured that my entire home was protected top to bottom, front to back, with no extra charge for sensors on every single door and window. He never pressured me into making a decision, and he even came back to my house to answer more questions to help me make the right decision for my house. Wonderful service!
