- Additional Info:Sarah Eleanor Photography also doing business as EnRose Photography was first brought to the attention of the Better Business Bureau on October 6, 2020. A Better Business Bureau investigation revealed that Sarah Eleanor Photography did not have a 2022 business license according to the Commissioner of Revenue for Virginia Beach, Virginia. An Internet search of the company, principal, and address revealed negative customer reviews on both companies. A viral search of the address on file with BBB was revealed to belong to another company and listed as a private residence. The company has had numerous reports posted to the BBB's ScamTracker page: https://www.bbb.org/scamtracker/us.
According to the information supplied by consumer complaints they paid the company for photography packages which they have not received. Upon further investigation of the company's website, it was revealed that the website is no longer available.
On June 15, 2022 BBB sent a request for information from the company regarding basic information. As of the date of this Business Profile, the mail for the company is being returned by the post office as "Return to Sender, Not Deliverable as Addressed, Unable to Forward." The operational status of the company is undetermined.
