    Sheehy **** practices false advertising with their online car prices. They advertise a car for one price and then when you begin the process to negotiate they add new fees like $1,295 for protective coating which they say has already been applied. Of course you can't take it off and you can't prove they actually did it. Advertising one price to get the customer in the door and then stating the price is actually higher than what was advertised is unethical and misleading to the public. When I pointed this out to the salesman he instantly ended the negotiations. I would stay far away from any business that operates in this dishonest manner.

    I've reviewed the communications with regard to this customer's inquiry and there appears to be a miscommunication (more on our part) about the fees. The protection package is optional (even if already installed for demo purposes) where the processing fee and estimated tag fees are not. It appears that our sales consultant thought the consumer was asking for all the fees to be waived. This consumer is from several states away so we do our best to estimate the registration and tag fees for that state, but they would only pay exactly what their state charges. I apologize for the miscommunication and hope this provides some clarification. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this inquiry.

    I had a broken tail light water got inside they fit with a new lense and new components inside the light no I have no safety system nothing works

    We have since taken ******************** vehicle back into our shop to double check everything. It turns out that all safety functions were operating correctly, but the alerts had been turned off on the vehicle dash display. These were turned back on and their functionality was verified and demonstrated to Mr. ******* We will stay in touch Mr. ****** to ensure all is operating correctly.     Untrustworthy used car dealership, do not buy from them. I purchased a used 2021 Mustang ************** from ******************************* in Sept '23. Once home, the car's modem did not work. I broad it to Sheehy **** of ************, who diagnosed the issue & ordered the new parts. In February '24, the parts arrived. I brought the car back to ************ to have the modem replaced, which was supposed to be a two-day job. It has been there since 2/1/24. They replaced the modem but now are waiting for **** HQ Tech to re-write the programming so they can upload it to the car. This dealership sold me a car without informing me the modem did not work from the beginning. Again, the modem has not worked since purchased the car and the car has been at the dealership since 2/1/24 while **** HQ is taking their sweet time in assisting with the fix.

    We empathize with the issue **************** has experienced with his Mach-E, but the issue did not present itself until after delivery. Connecting the **** Pass is not part of the pre-delivery inspection since it has to be connected to the final customer after purchase. I know that our ************ store has been working with **** engineers and **************** to find a resolution to the software issue. **************** was also provided a courtesy loaner vehicle during this time. As a recent update to the matter, our ************ store facilitated trading **************** out of his Mach-E into a brand new one this past Saturday 3/30/24.
