September 13,2022 I paid for a service that was not rendered and also there was some property damage also the technician lied and stated he didn't do anything wrong. The Owner didn't come back out to my property to see it for himself or try to make it right. Also the technician said from his own mouth that he didn't know how to fix my doorbell and he has a boss with 30+ years and he will know how to fix my doorbell...And as of today it is not working My Homewarranty Company is no help.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/26) */ On 9/13, we sent a tech to make electrical repairs. This job was assigned to us by ******** **** ****** home warranty. We did not charge the customer any money, money paid by the customer was to **** We replaced two GFCI outlets and the doorbell repair was denied by *** so we could not perform that repair as it was not authorized. We cannot refund the money because we did not receive any from the customer. As far as property damage, the customer informed me that my tech dropped his drill in the kitchen on a ****** ******* grill?? I am awaiting damage pictures from the customer and would be glad to take care of any damages that are proven to be done by my tech.

On 9.7.22 an order was submitted via ******** ****** to replace/repair electrical outlets in my home. a technician from Wester Electrical was dispatched to arrive on 9.8.22, after changing the appointment time from 8 am to 4 pm upon his arrival, he spent about 3 minutes looking at a light switch in the hallway that my husband asked about because it was not working. He then proceed to the rooms (2) where the outlets needed repair there were 5 total. He then said he had to call his office, went out to his car and never came back. I have never experienced anything like this before. The workorder was clearly to repair/replace outlets which was not done. We called him and he again said he was waiting for his boss to call him, I still do not know why. After speaking with ******** *********** they implied once the tech gets authorization he should be back out. I have had outlets replaced before via ******** *********** however this contractor does not fulfill his contracted orders. I am left with my furniture in the middle of the floor and still no resolution.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/20) */ On 9/8/2022 we made an appointment to service **** ***** ** via ******** *** ******* We make our appointments in time blocks from 8am to 4pm (we do not give specific appointment times). My tech made contact with the customer who was already upset about the appointment time. The customer became verbally aggressive and verbally abusive, at which time my tech called me and I advised him to leave the property for his own safety. I reported to ******** *** ****** of this and had them transfer the job to another company. We performed no work at the home and did not charge the customer. Money paid by the customer was to ******** *** ****** and not my company. As a contractor, my company has the right to refuse service. Once again, we did not charge the customer, did not perform work and had the warranty company transfer this job to another company.
