Mike does amazing work. We just had our house cleaned and you would think we had new siding installed by the way the siding shines now. Very impressed with how responsive he is when scheduling and how punctual he was at the appointment time. If you are looking for pressure washing service, I highly recommend Tier One Services.

Our house needed some pressure-washing done, for which we've inquired with Tier One to provide a quote. We've received a quick response with a reasonable price. Prior to cleaning the siding, Mike explained what he was about to do, then started with preparations in covering the outlets and lamps. Mike's attention to detail continued during cleaning, and now we have a clean-looking house, once again. Mike did an incredible job cleaning our gutters. He was professional and sensitive to the care of our property. Mike used advance equipment which not only made it save for him, but also protected our gutters from the weight of a ladder. I our option, he rates a 10 in all areas. Mike is the best in the business! If you want a professional job with the utmost attention to detail at a fair price; choose Tier One. From the start of the process Mike was quick to provide an estimate, get us scheduled, and completed the service beyond our expectations. We had Mike clean the gutters and downspouts, powerwash the house and the windows. He went above and beyond our expectations and even took some photos and diagnosed some drainage issues for us. we will absolutely be using Tier One services again in the future! Mike did a fantastic job pressure washing our home. I got home and could not see any trace he had been there other than the spotless exterior of our home. A reasonable price for a very thorough house washing. First cleaning since built 4 years ago. Looks like new again including the white j channel trim.
