    This company talks about transparency and honor but we’re not forthcoming in the pet rent and breed restrictions prior to submitting an application. After application they said my dog who is around 1% Sheppard is on the banned list. They took the *** application fee and said they will not return it even though they do not need to run a credit check or background check. I would recommend that nobody does business with this company!! I will post in a lot of other places to ensure that people know what kind of company this is. I wish I would have read the other reviews on the company here before trying to work with them as others have seen their lack of integrity and non support for the military in a military area.

    Bottom line up front: I DO NOT RECOMMEND Real Property Management VA Peninsula. Their lack of integrity, professionalism, and reliability will cause you nothing but headaches and loss of funds. RPM Peninsula DOES NOT provide the "professional property management services including on-going communication, regular inspections, cost-effective, reliable or professional maintenance" they claim to provide. This company will maximize your cost of repairs with their so called "licensed vendors", minimize your income, and interrupt your daily life with their unprofessionalism, lack of response, negligence, and inadequate excuses for not taking care of your property. If you own a property, be prepared to pay a lot of money for poor quality work by their "licensed vendors" and to hear Baylee's excuses such as "we are not project managers, we do not have the training, knowledge or license" and is not RPM Peninsula's job to make sure "the vendors" do quality work and her latest excuse "we are not obligated to send you pictures of the repairs." If you are a military service member no longer in the state, be prepared to make unplanned trips to check on the real condition of your property. Be prepared to find poor workmanship in the so called repairs performed by Baylee's crew and BE PREPARED to be told YOU waited too long to point out the issue because you were too busy serving your country somewhere else while paying them to do this job for you. For tenants, they will tell you "We are the landlord's property manager, we do not represent the tenant" and blame the property owner for their lack of response to your maintenance requests. Last but not least, Karina Hughes has been rude, deceptive, and unprofessional while Baylee has an excuse for everything. This company does not care about your property or the tenants. All this company cares about is the money they are getting from you.
