We purchased a brand new 2024 Toyota ************** on Monday September 9, 2024. We purchased the undercoat package, which they applied in the after hours of the 9th. The technician missed some key spots for the undercoat I.e. the rocker panels. We brought it back in on Friday September 13, 2024 to have them redo the job. There was no animosity, we just wanted what we paid for. They washed the truck and off we drove. We got home and parked the truck. As soon as we got out the sun was shining and thats when I saw the massive amount of circular cleaning scratches. They are undeniable all down the side of the truck. Heres the kicker, its only on one side. Its just on the drivers side. Im not saying they did this intentionally. However, we contacted the dealership immediately the sales manager *** didnt return our call. We have been texting with the salesman who sold the car, and he is putting fault on us. We spent a massive amount of money on this truck and for them to scratch it up and then be dishonest and not fix their mistake is sickening. I am hoping the BBB can force a moral compass on this business and make them do the right thing.

I have contacted this dealership about the car that I had bought from them since Decemeber of 2023. The paint protection they had sold me, I was told by **** that this could be used at any dealership or their sister locaiton in ********** *******. I had went in Febuary to Heritage due to calling 802 Toyota and speaking to **** and I was told that was where I should go. I did go and ******** stated that they had no idea what the plan the 802 Toyota had sold me was. I then called 802 again and it is very hard to get ahold of any of them due to them not awnser the phone and the call is dropped if it rings for long enough. I finally got ahold of a Manger and got a call back in Early March when I had called the last week of Febuary. I was told them to bring it to Burlignton Suburu, due to that being their sister locaiton. Burlington Suburu did not have anything open untill the middle of May. I had booked the appointment went in for the paint protection and was told by a **** that he had no idea what the plan was that 802 had sold me was and I would have to go back to them. Which is an hour and a half drive from where I am. I then called again and spoke to an ****** who said **** (The one who sold me the car would be in contact with me) This was the 15th of May and I was told **** would call me before the end of the day. I had called again on the 21st and left a voicemail for **** again to no avail. The paint on my car has gotten worse since then when it is sappouse to be covered. I am not sure if I could transfer my car over to Heritage. But the one time I try another dealership they have ignored me once they had sold me the car. When Heritage is one of the best in the state. I regret going to 802 Toyota to buy my car. The damage to my car is getting worse but my warranty is though 802 Toyota. I had a week ago left a voicemail on Tuesday of last week to **** to no avail.

My ac has stopped working and Toyota is refusing to fix this and they are claiming its damage but there is no proof of the damage. I have had my car just over a year but at the time I brought it to the dealership the first time I had the car less then 6 months. They need to fix this and stop taking advantage of people.

The business refuses to help fix at all without charging me $1500 to do so when my car was only 5 months old. This is not right and they take advantage of people especially women when they go there alone.

Salesperson told me a new battery would be installed and it was not. I had problems with the battery not working and had to buy one. I notified the dealership and they stated they had no record of the salesman requiring a new battery be installed. Cost me $250.This business seems a little shady.I submitted this problem previously and did not get a response.

I bought a 2014 ***** Odyssey and was told a new battery would be installed because I drive infrequently. I have to go out in the morning the day I will travel and charge the battery. (I am 70 years old with a disabled husband). This means he is left alone while I am outside. I dread to think what the result would be if I needed to go out for an emergency and find my vehicle wont start.I called 802 Toyota and was told they have no record of installing a new battery.
