    We bought a camper from Brandon RV in April 2022, picked it up in May 2022. Took our first camping trip found out May issues were with our camper, took it back to Brandon RV for them to fix them. Only to take our next camping trip in July 2022 being 4 hours away and realizing our big issue from the fix was not really fixed, we couldnt use our shower at all!!! Call Brandon RV and set up a drop off time for when we get back into the area. 7 Days with no shower! We drop it off and they fix it and take our 3rd camping trip well now the shower is fixed, but now our under sink is leaking and our toilet is leaking!!! Our grey tank fills up after 2 showers and our living room table doesnt stay in place causing my 2 year old to fall over it because it came out of its holder! I call Brandon RV on Labor Day, knowing they arent opened, leave a message asking for a call back for my husband is off the next day so can hopefully get this fixed. No call, my husband now has to call on Friday only to get no where with them, no call back and we are left with a camper leaking. We bought the extra coverage on the camper to cover everything and was told that they would travel to us to fix issues. We were treated poorly and I want this resolved. We even tried calling back a couple times before they closed and they ignored us, this is poor business etiquette!

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.     Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

    I do not accept this response, for this is what I have been waiting for from the company. A phone call back to get this handled. I get no response back when leaving messages myself. I feel this a quick and easy response to get out of handling the actual problem.
