    In April of 2024 we entered into a contract with Brian D Patrick for siding windows and some repairs to house prior to siding being placed. Was told it be about 5-6 weeks for windows to come in and he was given a ******** payment via check for the windows in April. Was told job would be started and completed 2 weeks after the ordered windows arrived.. in June after reaching out to ask about a timeline, he said the windows were in and he needed the first installment of ********* to start the job. Hes not shown was given via check ****** and he never showed. Everytime we reached out we were promised he was finishing up another job and would be there next. Time continued to pass with one lie after another. In Sept 2024 Brian Patrick was informed that we wanted a full refund of all money paid. He Apologized and promised he would be there and get the job done. He has not! He had sent a couple of guys, a few hours who started to rip some of the siding off and place some tyvek paper sloppily! This is shameful. This man has been nothing but dishonest, unprofessional. Clearly he has zero integrity and has stolen our money. Chance after chance with much understanding had been given to this ***** This is criminal! If he truly cared about his customers and was any sort of man with integrity he would be there with his crew day and night everyday to do what he has taken payment for !

    Brian Patrick will not finish the job he promised to do back on 10/27/23. He has completed about 5 percent of the promised work. I am constantly pleading, begging, for him to return to my home and complete his promised work.My Porch is torn apart, he left no railings, and I have a dangerous Tarp on my Porch, very unsafe. I ordered Windows on 10/27/23, ot states, three to five weeks, upon arrival it will be installed, it is now four months, keep asking,Mr. Patrick on Windows, NO response, Called ****** Windows all orders are filled by three weeks. It has been a nightmare chasing this man, I am scared he will never finish my job, he has my money,please help me.

     This customer has a history of dealing with bad contractors. I was referred to him by a co-worjker
    of his. Ordered 4 basement widows , which were "special" size, so took some time to receive. Now on location, 
    awaiting installation. Removed and replaced porch railings on 2  separate occasions at ****** ea.. plus labor.
    Customer continues to find fault. Customer neglected to  mention how he showed his co-workers the 
    porch work, which he absolutely "loved". and the services we provided at no charge, which includes replacing
    the ugly porch ceiling, which made the new work look bad. My company always goes "above and beyond"
    the contracted work.  44 years plus, we have never not completed a job, taken a deposit, and not provided a professional result.
     Brian ****** knows we will complete the contracted work. There was no reason for this to escalate
    to this point, and he knows it. We are currently having to replace rotted wood, which was recently buried
    by his latest roofing contractor with the great price. Maybe should of had us do that work, since we are all  about details.  As difficult as it seems to return to finish, we will, because it is what we do.
    . I even offered to mow his "Hayfield " lawn. Most customers would say "Thanks" and appreciate
    the effort. Sometimes the " best " is just not good enough.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    Is is unfortunate I had to resort to a complaint to Mr.********************** for him to return to do the work which he is now have begun.
            A customer SHOULD NOT have to go this aggravation, stress to have work in a timely fashion, this project a small one will be one year old on 10/27/23.
           It seems like my job has little priority until I made yet another complaint, which I do not enjoy having to do.My so called " Hayfield high grass is due to my elderly parents needing care, and not appreciating putting down a customers home appearance, high grass not a Hay Field, a sarcastic remark, not very professional. I am hoping to have the balance of the work done,ASAP without the drama from Mr.**********************. I could share the few nasty email messages I received from Mr. ********************** requesting him to return, and I quote " You are begging me to return". I find it humorous Mr. ********************** finds it hard to return, as nobody else would be patient, kind, and waiting for just about a year to finish a job.
          This has been extremely stressful as I just wanted to have this work done in a reasonable amount of time, not a year for some railings, a few steps, 4 windows.!!!!
