As we drop-ship all the items directly from the manufacturers' warehouses, the order processing time may take from 5 to 10 business days as it is shown on our website. However, if the items are available, the orders are usually fulfilled even sooner. Once the manufacturer provides ** with the tracking number for your order, we will immediately let you know.

This company just doesn't sit right with me and appears to be very shady. In mid-July I ordered some Master Lock Speed Locks. About a week later I was told the product was discontinued. In the email stating this, receiving a refund wasn't even given as an option instead, they tried really hard to sell me a different type of lock. I told them I didn't want another lock and if they can't get it I would like a refund. I was ignored over the course of the three emails I sent them and eventually, they refunded me. I get it, things are discontinued, but what bothers me is that the site still shows this item for sale( https://megadepot.com/product/master-lock-1500idclp-2-1-8-combination-padlock-in-retail-clip-stripe-pckg-assorted-colors?msrc=gglds). This implies that they knowingly list items that they can't get and therefore can't fulfill. I'm guessing if BBB was to investigate this company they would see that there are plenty of items listed on their site that can't actually be fulfilled. It appears the company does this to either float the cash that unexpected customers are handing over or to try to convince the customer to purchase other products. As I said, just feels very shady and slimy and I wouldn't recommend ever dealing with this place to anyone.Mega Depot LLC Response

Many of them are being discontinued every day and we try to change the status of these items as soon as we can.Our website currently shows that the purchased #Master Lock 1500iDCLP is discontinued. Poor product guarantees. I purchased a $200 moisture tester for our farm which did not work from the beginning. I followed their return instructions exactly as specified (only 15 days from receipt - be careful) and they refuse to refund my money. They don't take responsibility for the products they carry and are blaming the manufacturer's warranty policies. They can't take care of my problem because their vendor won't take care of their problem. Which really isn't my problem. I ordered a replacement from Amazon which works perfectly.
