I went to Stowe on 2/29/2024, and received a parking violation that was unwarranted. My vehicle had a total of 4 people in it, and parking was supposed to be free. There were no parking lot attendant to verify our commuter status, and the ** code signs did not work with my phone. I assumed that since the lot was not close to full, and there were no attendants around, that the commuter status would be verified as we left the lot if they cared to do so. I came back to my car at the end of the day (after paying $800 for my family to ski for the day) and found a $100 parking violation on my car door. I immediately disputed the parking violation online to Park Stowe, and discovered that they do not have any recourse to dispute their bogus violations. There is no sense of due process or real way to dispute a bogus parking violation. They reduced my "parking violation" from $100 to $50, but I should have paid nothing at all since we followed their commuting guidelines. This was also the first time we have been to Stowe since they started their convoluted paid parking scheme. The paid parking at the Stowe Resort is conducted in a manner that is convoluted and deceptive, and there is no recourse to dispute bogus violations. If I do not received a refund for this parking violation, I will never return to a **** owned resort again.

Sunday 1/07/2024 I paid 30$ to park at Stowe Mountain Resort to go skiing.. and when I returned to my car later that day there was a100$ parking ticket on my car. well when I looked at the receipt the was one letter of my license plate number left off.. so I tried to appeal the ticket & was automatically denied with anyone looking at my receipt.. theres no one to contact or complain to. They just said pay within 30 days or be subjected to collections.. the email this was sent by was by a dont respond email address.. I find this very unfair & being taken advantage of. Its bad enough that I have to pay 30$ at a resort to park, then get a 100$ ticket for a small ************** no one to speak with.. Sincerely *************************

This guest provided feedback regarding the parking violation to the resort in a guest survey on 1/10/24.

The guest also contacted our parking system provider and when the guest provided a copy of their receipt, the violation was voided on 1/11/24.

With the violation voided, our understanding is that the issue has been resolved.

Thank you and please let me know if there is anything else required to close this matter.

    Matt

I purchased 3 tickets for ***** for the *************** on 10/8. My family arrived on site and were ready to get tickets when the Stowe attendant noted that the line was so long, we should instead come the next day. Having checked the weather, I noted that there is rain in the forecast. She shook her head and said it would be the same as that day. On her advice, I went to change the ticket reservation for the next day and upon arrival the next day, indeed the weather had turned to rain and had zero visibility from the top. At no point was I informed that there would be zero visibility at the top, nor given the option to have a refund for that circumstance. Given that we were deceived, it seems a refund is well within reason.

January 13, 2022 in the amount of $67.90 for a cancelled equipment rental at Stowe Mountain in Stowe, **. I have yet to receive the refund that was issued to me. I have tried to contact their customer support multiple times without any resolution or answer as to why I haven't received the refund yet. I was told by a representative multiple weeks ago that there was a "glitch" in the accounting system and that I would be contacted when the issue was resolved. I have yet to hear from anyone.
