***********This company should be put out of business. They want to tow vehicles that are legally parked within 7 feet of road and not in front of their gate. They drop chain to intimate. The drivers are immature, disrespectful, unprofessional and show no human decency. Hopefully they go out of business asap.Review from Kyle H

Horrible, no one available to answer questions uneducated unable to communicate with there owners to resolve mistakes made buy north county towing.My keys where said not to be with in the company's possession when trying to recover my vehicle. The women who has no answers no way to contact anyone from the day this company was called to tow my vehicle or no contact to someone who can make decisions for the company to help provide a solution to to the problem northcounty towings employees have without questions created.im suppose to spend ***** to buy my own vehicle from this company and there is no keys with the vehicle. Excuse me after the first six days my vehicles keys surfaced from within the company. When I tried to start my vehicle before paying the accumulated fees including the days I spent elsewhere trying to find my keys within the police station who had my vehicle impounded after digging into there paperwork( which north county towing does not provide or have access to ) it was clear the police had checked the box and showed proof the keys had been chain of custody provided to the driver of the tow truck. This only available after contacting the police station and getting there documents to bring to North county towing that's when I double check of my vehicles keys was finally done( lazy tired or unhappy) not because they where busy or shorthanded or not able to find such documents my only logical answer is if they say there is no such thing and there is no other contacts besides the person your talking to in the business only location then you end up doing a review like I am and hope it gets seen or you here something. Lack of concern or care or doing more work then they seem to think needs to done. After every fee possable before I would make this payment the keys where not the keys to my vehicle.its very unsettling when your without cause reason fairness or simple understanding of there own accountability for this problem im afraid to be left without

We provided keys at his first attempt at retrieving the vehicle, he claimed his vehicle wouldn't run, to both our dispatcher and driver who attempted to help him. he pretended to count money on this day and refused to pay for his vehicle. keys aren't required to retrieve a vehicle as we had a tow truck on site that could have put vehicle on street even not running, he had every opportunity to pay for the vehicle on his first visit but chose not to thus incurring more storage.
on his second visit he refused to talk to the office staff after they informed him both owners weren't in state and were on vacation and unable to make contact with us. he then retrieved some personal belongings from the vehicle. harassed the staff over cost which is regulated by the ******************* including all fees. he also chose to flip flop on wether to retrieve the vehicle on this day, refusing once again to pay for it.
on his 3rd visit he refused to leave premise after he refused to pay for his vehicle and hours of operation 8-5 were over. he then proceeded to abuse my staff who had informed him multiple times we were in process of closing the office for the day. he also refused to pay for his vehicle stating he wanted to talk to owners who were out of town with no cell coverage. none of these things would have changed his options he still owed to get vehicle out of impound. at this point when he refused both to pay and leave property the police were called.
Arlington PD after reviewing cameras and talking to our staff issued a no contact order for belligerent behavior. if the customer would like a copy of said order he can present himself to our office. he still has not retrieved vehicle and it continues to gain storage daily.
all fees are set by **************** law. my staff did everything they could in this situation.

Never sent me a certified letter that they had my car and never sent me a bill. I came there with money to get my car out and they told me they were closed for lunch. Just so it would go up another 50 bucks. Do not let them s**** you. Them when I ask the lady in office for managers number she doesn't give it to me and tells me her boss never comes in the office cause they're a small business! Wtf shouldn't she be in ther more? Stupid. I've been struggling since March cause I still don't have a vehicle. ****** store and this place work together to s**** people off. The power of the people we need to stuck together. I pay taxes I should be allowed to not have my car took. Not to mention I lived in my car so I'm without a home now.
