We purchased four tickets for my two kids, my husband, and myself to see a show at Muckleshoot Casino event center. They were not cheap tickets and supposedly they were unobstructed view tickets. However, this venue was not suitable for this show and none of us had a view of the stage! As an adult I could occasionally catch a glimpse of a performer through the audience, but if there were two performers I could not see both at the same time. My kids gave up trying to get any sight of the stage. People behind us left 15 minutes into the show, frustrated that they couldn't see. We left at intermission because we were not able to see, as did several people in our area. Muckleshoot's response was simply that they did not allow refunds! I WANTED to see the show, but was not getting what I paid for! Nobody will take responsibility for this, it's a scam to see a show there! Not a venue for stage performance! Should be a crime to sell to tickets in that area at least.Customer response

On February 11 2024 approximately 8 pm me and My girlfriend went to auburn casino to play some slots and have some fun well since I lost my debit I had went to navy federal and ask them to print me out some starter checks so that I can pay my bills. I decided to go cash one of my personal checks at the cashier which I had done before and gotten 200 dollars which I had long paid that off so I was hoping to get another 200 dollars thru my check. The check I received from my bank didn't have my address on it just my first and last name which I also found it odd that they didn't include my address on the checks but I had ****** search it and found out that it's totally normal and is an actual thing the important parts are the account and routing numbers so as I was waiting at the counter these three persons was behind me accusing me of committing check fraud claiming that the check I provided was a fake check lol little did they know that I had personally gotten the check from my bank the branch was in Tacoma so I even dialed my bank but since it was Sunday I couldn't reach a customer service instead it told her my account balance and even after that she still told me it was a fake check and even after showing her my debit card she and the other two guys were laughing and telling me I committed fraud. So I was placed in handcuffs and brought to the back. Now so they had auburn police talk to me and I told them exactly what I had told them that the check is a real check from my bank linked to my account my grandpa was in the military which is how I joined navy federal. And I'm now barred from the casino for no reason because they didn't know how to do their jobs and use common sense and actually look at the facts presented to them.i had my card I had other checks and I had online banking how was it fraud ? I want an apology and for them to do what's right!Customer response

Yeah so not only did they falsely accused me of check fraud they also barred me from ever coming back they knew they was wrong for what they did to me and I was wearing my friend's jacket because it was cold and she is a woman so it was a woman coat I was wearing and they found some foil and a wooden straw which they claimed was mines disregarded the blake **** where she was charged when she was wearing someone else jeans and they found drugs on her they ended up dismissing that charge known as the blake **** well I was in the same position and even if it was board as daylight that the coat belonged to a woman even had makeup in it they tried to find any reason from banning me because they knew they was wrong about the check I want justice and I want something to be done so that they clear my name and my image because that was so uncalled for and unprofessional or them somebody deserves to get replaced or fired the things they did to me that day even the police was unwillingly to aresst me because it was clearly my check from my accountBusiness response

I was barred from the casino for something I didn't do they wrongfully accused me of check fraud only because they didn't have a good sense of judgement and didn't consider what evidence was presented to them therefore I want to be unbarred and offered a free play amount for the mistake they had made I deserve to be treated fairly like everybody else I'm a valued customer at the end of the day and I was singled out and mistreated by the staff at muckleshoot casino the man and woman both older they know who they are and the dark skinned gentlemen the three of them know who they are you guys are wrongCustomer response

I saw a comercial on TV regarding a new resort with a pool, hot tub (it even showed pictures of the pool and hot on TV). Being a RN I thought I could really use a weekend away to relax and with our anniversary on 2/12 the weekend of the 10 was perfect. I looked it up on line and saw all the beautiful pictures of all the amenities and booked the resort for 2 nights. We checked in on Saturday and the first thing I asked is whar floor is the pool and hot tub that I had seen on TV and in the adds? I was *********** is not actually opened? I was so upset, it says on TV and on line that it is. Sorry about that our contractor keeps pushing it out. Shouldn't they say this instead of advertising it on TV with photos of a pool and hot tub. It says it on line too. This is false advertisement. I have photos of the advertising shown on line.Business response

My wife ************************* bought 4 tickets to at the box office for the ***************** comedy show on July 21, 2023. She provided an email, and a phone number. She paid with a debit card. They gave her a receipt and 4 ticket master tickets. Yesterday on 10/08/2023 we called the box office and they said the event had been canceled, and they will not refund the money because the casino has a return policy window that we missed ending October 1st. I spoke with the manager and asked him why the casino or ticket master didnt notify us of the event cancelation. He said when we purchased the tickets we never provided an email, which is false. After talking to the manager I called the box office again and spoke to one of his subordinates. He told me the truth, everyone that bought tickets at the box office is mad about the same thing. Nobody was notified of the event cancelation or the casino return window policy. Once the phone call ended I went to the box office and discovered they do have my wifes email and phone number. and they do not have a return policy posted on the wall, nothing we signed mentioned this and they wouldnt produce a copy of it. The manager said they posted on the muckleshoot website the show was canceled and if tickets were bought at the box office no refunds would be given after October 1st. All customers who bought tickets and provided their contact information were not contacted, on purpose. Posting event closure on their website is great, but customers expect event updates via provided contact info at time of sale. Also, ticket masters return policy is very clear, all fans will get an immediate refund to the card used for purchase. Meaning muckleshoot will get to keep our refund. This is a scam, we need help because there are many more people than me who got scammed. We would like a refund and everyone who got scammed to be made whole. I was playing a slot machine. I had around $30 in the machine. I was actively playing and the machine started to go into a reboot cycle and it just kept doing the cycle without actually starting up. I sat there for about $15 trying to get an employee attention and when I finally did the employee tried to get the slot machine to restart. It was did not start up to a functioning state. I was told to give my information to fill out a form and that nothing could be done until the next day. They refused to look at the cameras to see the amount I had on the game. I put every dollar I had on me in the machine. I live downtown ******* and was told that there was nothing they could do and they would call me. Refused to provide and compensation for the hassle and I have not received my money that I had on the slot machine.Business response
