    Disgraceful Service and Price Gouging The juice company is a prime example of a company that takes advantage of unsuspecting customers. They falsely diagnosed a simple electrical issue as a complex problem, requiring a new line to my refrigerator. In reality, the issue was a minor GFCI. It took them 3 hours to change an ********* make matters worse, they charged me an outrageous $400 for a three-hour job that could have been resolved in under 30 minutes They failed to communicate their hourly rate, and I was left in the dark about the escalating costs. This is a clear case of price gouging and unethical business practices.I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice. Their dishonesty and lack of transparency are unacceptable.

      I really wish we could please everybody but it just is not the case. Take this disgruntled customer for example. This work was done nearly 2 years ago? We agreed on pricing prior to my electrician coming out, which he had absolutely no problem with. We have been in business for 19 years and every so often you get an unhappy person with nothing better to do than to write a review like the one above. Im only writing this to explain the situation a bit clearer. My company takes pride in treating the customer with respect and honesty.

    We did agree on a price (for new wiring from the panel to the refrigerator). However, when his two employees arrived, they said I didn't need new wiring and that I only needed to change the **** outlet to a normal outlet. One of the employees even said, "Oops, please don't tell my boss," as if he had made a mistake by telling me the truth. His boss completely lied and tried to take advantage of me when he gave me the estimate in *********, the employee got on the phone and explained that they would only be changing an outlet. Keep in mind that I have changed outlets before. The company took advantage of my situation, overcharging me for services and attempting to exploit my vulnerability as a single parent caring for my son downstairs. and I trusted this company to do a fair job quickly and efficiently. However, I still can't get an explanation for why it took two employees almost three hours to change an outlet, which should've taken 20mins max. Also when they started working on the outlet that turned into a hourly job which no one explained to me, and it came out to be the same price as original wiring we agreed on, Make that make sense! I guess they needed the money that bad and for that he will lose a lot of customers. As you can see from the owner's message, he refuses to take any responsibility for his wrongdoing he is very unprofessional. This is what you can expect if you work with him.I strongly advise avoiding this company and its owner. Their business practices are unethical, their communication is unprofessional, and their overall conduct is highly questionable. I urge you to choose a reputable business that values integrity and customer satisfaction.

    The fact that you're writing this 2 years later and you fail to mention you shorted me on payment renders your complaint useless. You didn't even pay the full amount?? You fail to mention these things. I'm through with you and your useless review. Happy Holidays. Again, you shorted me on the final payment, so what are you complaining about 2 years later??......
