We agreed to buy a used car and put down a deposit, with the understanding that we would pick up the car in four days when they had fixed a minor paint issue. We called to schedule the pickup, and they informed us that they had sold the car to someone else. It is not a honest way to do business.

I bought an Audi Q7 2016 with less than 92,00 miles on it back in April 2024, this car drove good for a used car but after 2 1/2 months I had to replaced the front and rear brakes that cost me *******. I had to pay this after speaking with the finance manger and she telling me that it was my problem now. The following week was driving on I-5 and the car started cutting off and not running took to a repair shop and they informed me that I needed a new engine, transmission and the starter needed to be replace. I went to the dealer after 2 1/2 months of owning this vehicle and after paying for it in full with the bank of a *********. The dealership manager **************************** his sales manager ********************* my wife and I had a meeting and talked about the problem ***** said he wanted to have the vehicle towed to an Audi dealership to get it looked and he failed to do that he had it towed to his shop who did not do a complete inspection of this vehicle in the first place. ***** said that he would fix this vehicle at no cost or replace it at the same value. At first we was going to replace it but they did not have anything equal that did not have any problems so my wife agreed to letting them replace with the knowledge of the sending it to Audi dealership and putting a new engine and repairing the other issues. Well they did not do that they are using our warranty and only paying for what the warranty doesn't cover. They have had our car for two months now and still have no repaired the vehicle at all. I highly recommend that no one and when I say no one I strongly mean no one purchase from this dealership for they are selling BS used cars and not taking accountability for their action. I asked that the BBB take note of what is going on for I see some reviews here and they had the same problems.

My husband and I went to test drive a CRV to see if we still liked the vehicle. Were looking to purchase in the next 3 months or so. After telling the sales person and branch manager that my husband was having surgery and we were looking to Purchase after recovery (the car would be for him) they suggested that we should think about purchasing the car now, asked how the surgery would affect our financials, asked if we could still get a loan with a reduced salary, and more questions. Finally had to abruptly stop the conversation. I just found it so incredibly insensitive and intrusive. I honestly cant believe that that even after telling them about an upcoming brain surgery, they would still high pressure sale. I would never buy a car from these fools.

Visited these guys over the weekend. Test drove a silver 2019 *********** Passat priced at $17k with *****. After the test drive I sat down with ******* and punched the numbers. We brought the vehicle up on the company site to check the carfax and it all checked out even the price. After that they had me out door at just under $20k per ******* their sales woman (hand written offer). A day or so later after corresponding with the sales team ********************, and ******************* they say we are good to go to make the sale. They even picked me up from home and took me to my bank to pick up the check. Lovely right? Wrong. Once I returned to the vehicle with the check they claimed "we have a problem". They upped the price from $17k to $23k and claimed I drove 2017 VW that smelt like an astray. Needless to say after much debate ******************* (manager) said "Prices Change". There is no integrity at this dealership and after all of that they had to drop me back off at home. I now have a huge hit on my credit because of a shade tree dealership! Thanks guys

I took my **** Honda ******* van ***** on 9/13/2022. I wanted them to check the "check engine light." They gave me an estimate of $***** fooo295+, so I left it ***** to be worked on. They gave me a ride home for I don't live too far (10 minutes). Later in the day I received a call that my vehicle was ready and they picked me up. When I got ***** my total was $633.83 and when they brought me the van the gas cap was wide open, like they were in such a hurry to get the job done. Within a week the "check engine" light was back on and ***** was something that's making noise - finally my brother told me to open the hood and ***** it was the engine cover was just placed on top of the engine diagonally with all four s**** hanging making the noise. I called them to complain and all they offer me is three complimentary oil change. I want half of the $633.83 they charged me I only wanted it checked and I told them to give me a list of what needs to be done. Yes, they gave me a list totaling $6,000 plus if I wanted them to do the job. I took my van to a small shop near my home and they gave me half of what Honda of Burien is asking for. I reported them to the ************************* for which, they never complied to their request to reply to my complaint.

I got some suspension work done here earlier this year. After the work was complete, my car started shaking at slower speeds. I took it back and the advisor confirmed the new problem and said the part installed was defective. New part was then installed and same shaking remained as before. Then the blame shifted to my wheels even though the wheels were exactly the same as when I took it in. Management was unhelpful with the situation. I was shocked because this dealership has some high reviews, I bought my car here back in 2013. I had only one issue with this dealership before, putting the wrong oil in my car, which they fixed after taking it back. How do you not road test the vehicle after suspension work was done, not once but twice? Get a trusted mechanic and don't waste your cash at a dealership, at least not at this dealership.
