I got an estimate that seemed reasonable for replacing some fencing that was tilting and falling apart. Because the price wasn't too steep, I paid in full, but had to hound them for a date. On that date, the crew didn't show. Their online portal had bumped the date of work out by 6 months without any notice or explanation. When I called to ask WTAF, the person who answered was clearly someone's partner and not entirely equipped to answer my questions, but sort of apologized and blamed their scheduling software. A couple of days before the newly scheduled date of repair, I checked their portal and saw that the date they were due to arrive was completely gone. I emailed them a screen shot with a WTAF message, to which I was assured they would be there. The fence was indeed fixed on the rescheduled date, but inadequate materials were used to hold up the fence panels. Consequently, the repaired section fell over after 6 months. I left a voicemail, used their webform, and sent them email with pictures attached, but got nothing but radio silence back. So I guess one can infer from this shoddy workmanship and lack of response that they really don't care and don't need any more business.I've since had another company repair their shoddy work and use materials that will actually hold the fence panels upright. Buyer beware! And I'd give a negative star rating if I could.

BEWARE, THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY! I also left this review on Yelp and ******.They take a deposit and don't do the work. Early fall 2023, we had multiple fence companies come out for a quote, and we liked Bellevue Fencing the best. They responded quickly, were friendly, and the bid was fair. After paying a 50% deposit, they said our job was scheduled for October. The install date was approaching, and I wanted to touch base about material choices, but apparently their phone number stopped working. I emailed them and they said their receptionist had been out and they were switching phone providers (lie). Yet three weeks later it still wasn't working, and I got a bad feeling. That's when I started doing more research about them and uncovered all the horror stories. Maybe they started as honest business owners, but it is clear now they are not. All the 5-star ****** reviews are fake, when reading them one by one, you start to notice similar, scripted wording. These people are good - they have a nice website, social media presence, and everything that would make them look like a legitimate business.For anyone that leaves a real 1-star review, they say that they don't have them in the system as a client and that they must be from a competitor company. There are many stories about work not being done, people not being able to get deposits back, and someone even getting a lawyer to deal with them. I filed a fraud report with my bank back in November, and the check finally arrived in April 2024 so it's time to let this review fly!!!!Also, after looking through Washington court records, there are a number of cases against the owner *************************** and his business partner. I looked him up on ******** back in the fall and they also run a fake watch company. Fraud runs in the family.If you've been frauded by them, do your part and report them to the Attorney General or even write to ********************* on Kiro 7 (consumer investigations reporter) to help stop these people!

Company took deposit. Lied about dates and gave run around for months. Then didn't return deposit. Its a scam and the owners just keep doing it. Don't be a victim and hire someone else. Sadly, the only thing the owners do well is post fake reviews where ever they can get away with it. Yelp has caught on so look at their reviews 100% 1 star reviews. Ever seen 100% 1 star?!

Takes deposits, doesnt do work, wont respond to refund in a substantial way. Just with excuses It is my opinion they pay for fake reviews instead of building fences.
