    I ordered my edible arrangement on Sunday 5/7/23 to be delivered on 5/8/23 for my daughters birthday. I called multiple times on Monday 5/8 to be told it was out for delivery by the automated system and once by a live person at the ********, **. location. My daughter was leaving to go out town for a night for her birthday and so I called the ******** location several more time to finally get someone to answer and asked since it didnt get delivered can she just pick it up on 5/10/23 since she would be back after closing on 5/9/23. When she went to the ******** location on her lunch hour to pick it up, they had no clue what she was talking about and said the order was cancelled. I said well they sure charged my CC. They then said it was maybe at the ********, ** location. I said no we never were dealing with them. Well thats where it was. I then call corporate headquarters today 5/11/23 and they apologize said that it would be delivered for sure today and the ******** store would reach out to me. Neither one EVER happened today. My daughter disappointed again today. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND HAS ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR DO THEY CARE. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN ESPECIALLY THE ******** AND ********, ** LOCATIONS. ALSO, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE ***** OR RETURN YOUR CALLS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! You have been warned. I would not even give them 1 star as they deserve a ZERO!!!!

    I ordered an arrangment 3 weeks prior to Valentines day. The 14th came and went with no delivery. I tried reaching out to the local store, but after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I was forced to leave a voicemail. The next day I sent an email via web-site and I finally received a phone call. Instead of apologizing they blamed me for not paying a delivery fee for which I replied I ordered through your web-site, I paid the bill in full. If the web-site was supposed to charge me a delivery fee and didn't, that's not my fault. The person said the order will be delivered today and hung up. The order was delivered, but not a good experience.I would not recommend doing business with company!

    Not worth 1 star!Wed., 10/12 1:45PM PST - Placed online order with ********, ** store 3:42PM PST - My credit card charge was processed by Edible Arrangements 4:44PM PST - Spoke with Edible Arrangements and was informed that my order would NOT be delivered and requested that credit card NOT be charged Thurs., Oct. 12th 6:24AM PST - Received the following email response from Edible Arrangements: Thank you for contacting Edible Arrangements! We wanted to confirm that we've received your comments.We've sent your feedback directly to the local Edible Arrangements store servicing this order (Edible Arrangements - **** in ******** **********). The store owner or manager will review your comments, and will contact you within 48 hours if needed. If there's anything else we can do to help in the meantime, just let us know! You can contact the store directly at (BBB won't post #) , or check in with our *********** at (BBB won't post #). Sunday, Oct. 16th 2:06PM PST to 2:37PM PST - Played "pass the buck" with SEVERAL Edible Arrangements representatives to determine WHEN I could expect my funds to be returned to my credit card. Finally, spoke with **** at the ********, ** store and told that ALL NOTES WERE IN THEIR SYSTEM ON MY ORDER AND MGR WAS SUPPOSED TO PROCESS REFUND. When I inquired as to why the refund had not been finalized by the mgr, **** stated "oh, I don't know. He was probably busy"...WHAT??!!2:55PM PST - Contacted Edible Arrangements Corporate ***************************** and requested that my case be escalated to a Regional and/or District Manager for callback follow-up NO LATER THAN MONDAY, OCTOBER 17TH @ 5PM PST!As of 11:54AM PST on Monday, Oct. 17th, I still have not been refunded my monies that should NEVER HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO BEGIN WITH, nor has anyone at EA attempted to contact me, as requested!!My advice...Go with ANY OTHER merchant, EXCEPT Edible Arrangements for your gift giving!
