            I paid $1700 on July 3 and canceled their policy due to overpaying on July 29 and received the refund of $900 i have been called there office almost every day and all I was told will call you back with more info. The monthly payment $283.33 not $800 what they charged me.

            Hi Vanessa,

            My apologies for the late reply I was out of the office. I had some time to come back and investigate this complaint and here are my findings. There is a lot and this is certainly not a usual case for us as there has been a lot of changes requested by this customer and we have been very responsive to them. 

            Here is the breakdown of the $1732.06 payment, including the dates provided:
            1. 2008 Lexus: $760.17
            o This amount covers the SFPP (State Farm Payment Plan – that’s our monthly payment plan) balance for auto from June to December renewal.
            o Last payment: $109.40 on 05/03/2024
            o Cancellation refund: $523.28 (from 06/03/2024 till 07/30/2024)
            o Cost to cover: $760.17
            2. 2013 Ford: $818.22
            o This amount covers the SFPP balance for auto from June to December renewal, and includes a reinstatement of coverage which was a balance of $209 from March.
            o Last payment: $78.46 on 05/03/2024
            o Cancellation refund: $463.67 (from 06/03/2024 till 07/30/2024)
            o Reinstatement charge: $209 (from March)
            o Cost to cover: $818.22
            3. 2017 Cadillac: $146
            o This amount covers the difference from April to June 3rd, as well as the renewal amount of $890.36.
            o Reinstatement charge: $167.67 (04/19/2024)
            o SFPP bill: $146 (from April till June 3rd)
            o Renewal amount: $890.36
            o Cost to cover: $146
            Therefore, the $1732.06 payment made by the client includes $760.17 for the 2008 Lexus (covering the SFPP balance), $818.22 for the 2013 Ford (covering the SFPP balance and reinstatement charge), and $146 for the 2017 Cadillac (covering the difference and renewal amount).

            That being investigated, there are no additional amounts that can be disputed and we have not charged anything extra for this customer outside of the coverage that was provided.
