    Last year in April, the optometrist told my son ******, had issues with his eyes. They gave us three options that were all at 3150. They said this price was really good and it was great for our eyes. They also said that the exam fees were also included. We eventually agreed to an Ortho-K and signed the contract 4/28/2023. The doctors gave us one lens originally. We brought this back to use and it was really bad. Onchit would wake up normally with his eyes red and swollen. This was when we started saying that we wanted a refund, but the doctors kept procrastinating, saying things like "lets try another lens." They eventually gave us a lens in July to take to ******'s summer camp. These lenses were better than the previous lens. But still bad nonetheless. After Summer camp the doctors took away the lens from the summer and gave us a new pair. This new pair was really bad, and had the same problems as the first pair. We told the doctor one last time that we wanted a refund. They refused this so we left, we gave them the lenses back, and didn't require their service again. A few weeks go by, and we call them again, and they finally tell us to give them one week to calculate the prices and that they would give us a return price. We checked up on them every 2 or so weeks. When asked if the price was ready, the answer was the same "The doctor is out of town, call back when he's in town again," or "He's busy right now, I'll leave him a message." But we never got an answer. We went into the store a few months later, and they said ok, and they were working on it. We told them that if they didn't give us a price in a week, we would bring this situation to the higher-**** They eventually gave us a price of 800, which was unreasonable, because we spent 3150 dollars, for horrible service, and they never met the customers needs.
