            Concrete work from Estimate #**** was completed in Q1 2022. During this work, several irrigation sprinkler heads and the main water line were damaged. Included in the work scope was repair of landscaping. I paid $25,967.58 for work. ***** (owner) never disputed need to repair sprinkler heads, irrigation line and landscaping as part of the quote but subsequent hardscaping was being performed by his father in law which would require repairs to lawn to occur afterwards so we agreed it would suffice if his father in law would correct matters. His father in law did repair the lawn but at our cost. However he was unable to repair the irrigation system after several attempts. Therefore ***** said he would look for professionals to do the job. I referred him four contacts. I gave him a month to find a solution but he couldn't find anyone to do the job. As it was now June and I really needed to have the irrigation system fixed so my new landscaping wouldn't die, he agreed to move forward with a landscaper that gave me a quote. The landscaper broke the quote out to the portion to install a new main line and fix the sprinklers. Because of the price, the landscaper agreed to allow ***** to do the trenching for the job within his crews' timeframe. ***** performed this but in the process broke 5 other lines. Ultimately I paid the landscaper $2,815.33 of *****' portion of the work, and now ***** doesn't answer calls or texts from me for reimbursement. And now his website says the company is temporarily shut down. But I know he is still working.
