  Date of purchase: 07/04/2023 Amount charged:Approximately $450 Length of stay: 4 days, 3 nights The absolute WORST hotel ever. Their customer service is awful. They refused to give us towels and asked if we wanted housekeeping. We said yes. Houskeeping never came. They never cleaned our room for the 3 days we stayed here. Luckily, we are clean people. After we bought the room, we found out there is no pool, hot tub, or fitness center. We were not informed of this prior. We paid for a 3 star hotel at least. The back door to the hotel is completely unlocked. There is no key card mechanism whatsoever. The door does not latch. There are so many druggies and transients in the parking lots, it's insane. And they all ask you for stuff and snoop around your vehicle. It's ridiculous. There are needles on the ground and all kinds of trash. People smoke cigarettes and weed in their rooms and it stinks up the whole floor. Super SKETCHY place with NO security. People just walk in and out through the back door (probably selling drugs, see pics). Never again will we stay here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The safety of myself and my family has been compromised every day we have stayed here. We did not get the amenities we paid for, and we were not informed prior to purchase. The clerk would not honor my other half's military status because he is retired. Total scam.

  My boyfriend, child and I stayed at Comfort Inn on March **** showing up pretty late due to late travels coming from *********, we paid for 2 nights and the night there SEEMED okay until the next morning, coffee spilt down the wall, a bunch of crumbs and wrappers on the side of the bed and food smeared on the wall with someone elses hair in it. The curtain from the window was off and thrown in the window seal and crumbs, handprints on the headboard. Over all was a pretty disgusting place to stay, ESPECIALLY with a child, normally for a hotel that gross I wouldnt spend over $60 per night. When we complained to the front desk with our concerns and cleanliness of the room where he stated it was too late to complain, though we were not there longer than 12 hours before complaining. After a while the manager promised a refund if we were out by a certain time, ******* we made it out and he stated we could not get the refund, that we would only get the night we did not stay. The manager proceeded to tell my boyfriend he was being kind of a d*** because of the frustrations we both expressed in our stay.
