    Fantastic experience! **** and his team treated us fairly and went above and beyond to make the deal comfortable. I have bought and sold a number of cars in my life, and worked with various other dealerships. I never once had the notorious car salesmen experience. Everyone was casual, polite and respectful of me and my time.

    I am having a prolonged, bad experience with State Street Motors. I bought a used car. I am not allowed to talk to the owner. Car purchased had an obvious issue that was a minor repair and I was told (in writing) that it would be replaced with new, manufactured replacement. It was "fixed" with a used part. When I asked, manager said, Thats what they sent us.At home, one tire kept losing air. Took it to tire experts. Found large hole. I was forced to replace 4 tires. But when weather turned from hot to wet season water began to flood in. WeatherTech mats hid leak for weeks. I took it to another dealer for thorough inspection. They found over 1" of water. Send car to leak specialist. Found heavily damaged under bumper. They refused to do repairs because a lot of damage and faulty repairs were found behind the bumper. Repairs made with a piece of wood & glued & screwed into car. videopoof. The screws pierced the metal so water was coming through holes. The "new" bumper had been put on to cover up the shoty work. The car required extensive repairs. Entire interior carpets (seats, console, and floor carpets) had to be stripped and cleaned. Notified State Street and the sales manager offered me measly $1,000 to cover the almost $6,000 worth of work. Called 3X. No call back. Called again- treated rudely. Manager hung up. Unannounced went to meet face to face with owner. No owner available. Manager had no solution. No listening. Total disrespect. Found owners name. Sent a certified letter. No reply. Called him. He called me "F***king person". Said his manager makes decisions, not him. Manager says owner makes the decisions. Who is lying? Told me to call one of his 3 lawyers. I only want half of my expenses reimbursed. Is that a lot to ask? I am a single mom and just had my car stolen. I was just looking for a fair deal. I am more than disappointed in this company. The owner told me in writing, if I want a running can, I should spend $60K next time.

    To whom it may concerns and *********************,In response to your unfair complaint, we will try to address things one by one. The specific 2012 Lexus RX350 you purchased on 8/23/2021, just over a year ago, sat at our facility for just about 2 weeks, not once we had to add air in the tires, They passed our inspection at about ****nd left thread on them and unfortunately we can not be responsible for road hazard issues that might occur after purchasing the vehicle. Also, Most tire shops like to replace all 4 tires instead of 1 to protect the *** system and keep all axles rotating at same speeds to avoid future transmission issues. Now, as far as the navigation screen, you are complaining that we replaced with a used part, We tried to order a new screen from Lexus but they did not offer just that and you were well aware that we went the used direction. Now, as far as previous lousy body work that you are stating that the vehicle had, You did not contact us prior to repairs were made because we could have offered our discounted labor rates and parts to get that car back to top notch shape. We found an insurance quality bumper for $175 available at a local junk yard and we usually pay about $500 to paint and install a bumper. As far as drying up carpets and detailing, that is about a $300 job which includes removing all seats and carpets out of the car for proper cleaning!! So out of good faith, our management offered you $1000 just to keep you happy but all you did was threaten us with bad reviews and the BBB so we just decided to quit working with you on the matter and have one of our attorneys handle it!! Also, to make one thing clear, Not one concern about this vehicle was about the way it was running or has been running so when the owner advised the new car route was because you want perfection out of car that is 10 years old and had almost 110k miles on it.

    The real issue is; your words here are deceptive just as is the length you went to on the car you sold me.
