    On August 17, 2024 I took my Dodge Charger 2014 in for an oil change and tire rotation. When the service writer called me to get my car, I noticed a dent and black scraping along the right back side panel on a white car (it's noticeable). I pointed that out to ***** the service writer and once he looked at the pictures of my car prior to service, he stated yeah that wasn't there and took my car back to the bay and asked the mechanic what he hit? Per mechanic, he stated that he didn't feel that he hit anything. ***** then brought my car back to me and stated that he would talk with his manager and give me a call on Monday (the 17th is a Sat) to get this repaired and that since I live in ********, ** he would look for a place close to me. This is where the problem began. Monday came and no call, so I called them 3 times asking for ***** and on the third call I was told that ***** doesn't work on Monday's and that they talked with ***** and ***** stated that he told me he would call me on Tuesday. Tuesday came and I had to reach out to ***** he stated that he needed to speak with his general manager because the general manager was getting a estimate. I told ***** that I have a company called Meridian Collision in ******** and that is where I want it repaired. Short end of the story is I have been working with **** the General Manager and he has spoken to me in a very condescending way. Telling me that he wants this to be an easy transaction for me and it has not been easy at all. One call from him stating that he was going to contact Meridian Collision on the 26th of Aug. I called Meridian Collision on 29th of Aug and they still hadn't heard from him. Needless to say **** finally called them and made full payment. However I am still waiting for **** to put in authorization for car rental which was also part of all of this. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would NEVER recommend you taking your vehicle for any kind of repairs to this dealership.

    I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Certified pre-owned vehicle with ****** miles on it. Sence my purchase the vehicle it has not ran it wont start or stop the engine when depressing the push to start button. So far at this point I spent 50K out the door on truck that doesn't run and 4 months of loss income because I depend on my truck for work and income. After a good week trying to get a copy of the vehicle maintenance report I discovered they know about the problem just days before they sold it to me. All I get from this dealership is the same script that how sorry they hear about my concerns and this is not how they do business. They keep sending me back the ** which so far has offered no solutions and verry dismissive. In stead of sending me to someone that doesn't care about customers just his commission and bonuses, why not try to refer me to someone that does take customer concerns seriously. I can not recommend doing business with this dealership.
