Went to pick up my online order and was told it had already been picked up. When I explained that it had not been since I was just arriving, I was asked to show my phone with the order, which I did. I was then told that the order I was showing was for **** (me) and not for ****** (the order that was picked up). I had to explain multiple times that I was not ****** and I was there to get the order for ****. This went on and on until suddenly the lady I was dealing with looked over, picked up my order receipt, and said she would make my order. Once the order was made it was sat on the counter and the lady went to the back of the store without saying a thing to **** should have known the way this was going to double check the order before I left but I didn't do it. So, it really was not a surprise to get home and find that my ordered and paid for 12" sandwich was actually only a 6" and that the order of "Less onion" was somehow read as put every onion possible on it. Also somehow the ordered double chocolate cookie was read to only be a regular chocolate chip cookie. I tried to call the store, I checked first and it was not past their closing time, and with no surprise nobody picked up the phone. There is no ability to leave a message, instead you eventually get a recording saying nobody is able to take the call and you will be disconnected. By the time this was all done it was to late to drive back to the store (and really I shouldn't have to) so I dealt with the incorrect order I received.
