    I saw an add on a web site, the company said their product would help a person, loose some weight that they say a person may have built up in their gut. It would produce more frequent ****** movements. Well, the product did not help at all, I had been taking it for 30 days, and did not find the results that the company said would do, the worst part is, they guarantee with a 365 day money back H343034393531393**430H. They now have the nerve, to say that when you send the product back, to call their phone number, to let them know that you have mailed the items, well the phone number they give , has been disconnected for over a month now. Order number # **W01872HU567021J. I would like to add additional information about the company, I did not know at the time I wasted my money on these possible rip offs, that they were in ********** ??

    Thank you for bring this customer feedback to our attention. 


    This customer contacted customer service in early Aug 2024 for a refund. 
    Instructions provide to customer to return the product back as part of our returns and refund policy. 
    Refund was issued on 24th Aug upon obtaining the tracking details of the return and customer was informed via email. (Refer to attached)

    On 3rd Sept, when customer contacted our hotline team regarding refund status.
    We replied back via email to advice refund was processed from our end with a screenshot for order refunded for customer's benefit.(Refer to attached)

    We are a B2C e-commerce brand selling to global customers and we use ****** for our payment processing.
    I believe this customer might have used a credit/debit card for his purchase thus the refund can take up to 30 days or next billing cycle with his card issuer/bank as part of card issuer/bank clearance procedure since the funds was release from ****** to his credit/debit card back on 24th Aug.

    Lastly, our customer service hotline ************** is open 24/7/365.

    I purchased these Prociva supplements from a company named Simple Promise which promises to lower your cholesterol. I made the purchase based on a video I watched from them and several testimonials in which they promise that within a short time your cholesterol will fall within a normal range if you take these supplements daily. In addition to that they also promise that if for any reason you become dissatisfied with their product within a year theyll refund your money no questions asked. Ive been using this product religiously since I received it for close to 6 months. It just so happens that I recently had a lab test done and my cholesterol results came up pretty high just like the results I previously had before I started using this product. Furthermore, most of the time my diet consists of chicken and fish, yet my cholesterol keeps coming up high. I thought that based on their video, testimonials and the warranty they provide this product was legit and worth a try. Ive tried several times, for the last 2 weeks, calling this company at the phone number listed on their website, yet whenever I call it starts sounding busy right away. I went to their website and filled out something called a ticket ??? and was given a space to explain my situation with their product. That was close to 2 weeks ago and so far I havent received a response. I contacted my credit card to file a dispute but my credit card responded that they cant do anything about it based on the amount of time that had gone by, although the company warranty is suppose to last a year. Thats why I decided to go you. The price I paid was $450.00. You place an order and in the process they make another offer to you for the same product but at a lower price and more bottles. So there were 2 payments, one for $252.00 and another one for a $198.00 on my credit card. I would appreciate your help as is looking very fishy being that they dont have a functioning phone number and didnt respond to the ticket.

    Greatly appreciate your quick response and willingness to help me with this issue. Fortunately the company Simple Promise finally credited my credit card for the amounts in dispute. They took a while but finally it has been resolved. Theres no need to continue with this claim. Once again thank you very much.

    The company, Simple Promise, will not cooperate in returning unwanted items THEY sent to me. I ordered ONE can of a vitamin supplement for $59.00 from them on May 21, 2022, NOT 4 cans. This is mistake on their online ordering portal - not mine. This is my order number: "Your order #3DT01841GR947210N is now complete" per their website confirmation. The online system on their end sent me 4 cans and charged me $100.00! I contacted the company right away, and they said to mail it back for a refund. One problem: I am not paying the ***** via **** to return. If they want the product, they can refund my card the expense immediately. I have twice placed phone calls and left a message with a receptionist to the problem. I get the following emails: Hi there, *******!?I hope all is well at your end.?I am writing back to have an update of the MetaLean Complete product that you'd want to be refunded.May I know if you already shipped it back to us? If so, could you please provide me with the returned tracking number so that I can closely monitor your parcel?Thank you and I'll look forward to hearing from you, *******!?? Regards,Jaden Support DeskInstead of cooperating They do not reply "your card will be refunded the cost of shipping immediately, and the rest of the charge when the products are here". They are playing a game of getting me to send the product back on my dime by wording the email as if I will gladly assume the financial responsibility of the mistake they made. I did not order the products, and if they want them returned, they need to refund me the cost of shipping. VERY deceptive and shady way of "accidentally" sending more product thinking they will dupe people into not bothering to return!!! This company operates in an unethical, and perhaps illegal manner. ***********************
