    I ordered 3 windows for my home in March 2022. I spoke with ********, the new owner who immediately told me the previous owner, *****, whom I had done business with the last two years and had a positive working relationship with, hadn't known what she was doing and that the new system was way better than hers. I thought this was very unprofessional from the get-go. At the time of purchase, ******** said 50 % down was required to secure her ordering the windows. I told her no problem, could I just pay in full now. She said yes, just send a check. I did send a check - for $870.09. She never sent me a receipt. She never gave me status update calls. So I had to place a call end of April to check status. I called again twice in May to check status. Called again in June. She said windows were expected to arrive by middle of June. The time came and went. I called again and ******** said shipment was delayed and she hoped it would come in soon. Then ******** called about 3 weeks ago stating that the shipment had been lost but she could reorder the windows for me on a rush status. I first asked her if she would be willing to bite the cost for me since this was not our error. She said, "none of this is my fault". I told her to go ahead and please cancel my order, we would get our windows somewhere else and to please refund me . The next day she called and said She could have the windows in a shorter amount of time and did I still want them. I told her to please cancel and refund me my money. She said okay. A week and a half later she calls to say that there is a shipment expected with my windows on it and do I still want them. I replied, ma'am, does that mean you didn't already cancel the windows and refund me as I had asked? She said a flat "no". I asked her a 3rd time to please cancel and refund. Yesterday in the mail I received a check for ******, 1/2 of what I originally paid with a copy of a fake receipt showing I only ever paid $ ******. I called her and she refus...
