    They processed my payment for Biblesoft OneTouch Bible software on Dec 04, but I never received the product. Tried emailing them and got no response. Tried calling both the phone numbers but they have been disconnected.I had to challenge the charge with my bank. They still have a webpage and will take your money, but you won't get anything for it.Sorry to see this happen. I had been their customer for years

    Yesterday I purchased another One Touch Discovery version, order reference TBGGNFKHH, because I wasn't able to run the One Touch Discovery version that I purchased on 9/10/2020, order reference FLXZSIERP, on my new laptop due to a message that kept popping up saying that "One Touch has been installed too many times for this account". So after I purchased One Touch Discovery and tried to run it I still get the same message. I've sent a few messages so far and I've gotten no response. I want my $199.23 refunded. Biblesoft use to be a good company. Been buying their products since the late 90's but now I don't know what happened. Tried to call customer service and tech support and no one answers and can't even leave a message because their mailbox is full.*****

    My PC Study Bible One Touch quit working several months ago. I have tried several times to uninstall and reinstall with no success. I emailed the company...no response. I called the company...no response. This product, in my opinion, is the best Bible study tool available. However, I am dead in the water and there is no response from the company. When one goes on-line it appears that the company is alive and doing well. It is just a ghost and a sham. What's up?!

    This company has sold Bible software for decades, and still continues to do so online, yet it has no customer service to back the product up. When you call the number on their website, you just get a message that all of their employees were terminated 6 months ago. I have spent well over $1,000 with them on their software, and now cannot get it to work. The fact that the BBB has given them an A+ rating is absurd in light of current circumstance.

    I purchased an add-on for the One-Touch software that I've had for a couple of years. Purchase day was 12/27/2022. I purchased through the website and received a receipt by email. I paid for priority shipping. Called their number this morning and was surprised to get a recording that all employees had been "let go" on the same day and the gentleman left the message said he had no idea if the owner had closed the business or what the plan was but to his knowledge "no orders were being shipped as there are no employees." The website is open and taking orders. I believe they are scamming people who have trusted them for years. I'm wanting the product I ordered or the money back.
