    I have lived at this address for the past 10 years, this is the worst this place has looked. My rent has gone up $350.00 in 10 years, the owners sold this property 90 days ago, a new property management (Platinum Property Management) has taken over and since then has raised my rent $650.00 more a month, from $1250.00 to $1900.00 with a 60 day notice to pay or move. I have looked into this and this is totally legal. The problem I have is they have not done any kind landscaping what so ever in 90 days. The front of these condo's look horrible, they have let the grass dye, there are 6 ft. weeds growing every were, garbage, mattresses, dressers, chairs and dog s*** every where. Unacceptable! I paid my rent yesterday, $1900.00 and also provided pictures of this to the office manager and was told that there was nothing that she could and her hands were tied, that it was on the owners. Something has to be done.

    New owners have purchased the building and have started a massive renovation.  One of the problems is the irrigation system has to be repaired and they are working with a company to get this repaired.  Another issue is finding a landscaper and they have been getting bids from landscapers.  They have a landscaper coming in periodically that is not on a contract to do a mowing through the month of September as in October is when the grass goes dormant for the winter months then by Spring they will have everything in place, including a renovation on the landscaping.  As the management company we can only do what the ownership allows us to do and the owner at the community is handling all of their own vendors as they are not running them through our office.  As far as the increases, again we did not pick the dollar amount, the ownership gave us the numbers and we delivered the notices, which they did base the increase on the market in the ********* valley.
