We just had our house insulated last month by 316 Insulation. Our home has a large walk-in crawl space which had been insulated with old fiberglass batting held-up by chicken wire. It was a mess. All of the old insulation and chicken wire was safely removed and then replaced with 3 inches of spray foam and our pipes got wrapped in insulation. The entire job took two days. I recommend not being in your home when the spray is being applied!Once completed the crawl had 6" to 9" of more clearance space (makes a big difference) along with the advantage of removing places where rodents would nest (droppings everywhere). Overall I'm very pleased with 316 and their work and recommend their services. **** (owner) and all the employees we worked with were courteous and professional. We'd work with them again. Several years ago we had our bathrooms remodeled and the contractor vented the bathroom fans into the attic which led to mold. We hired 316 Insulation to install vents that go through the roof for the bathroom fans, get rid of the mold, and to add more insulation. We couldn't be happier with the results! From the quoting process to the last sweep of the broom after installation all the employees were kind, courteous, professional, and clean. I will recommend them to everyone I know that needs their services. There is another company that does a lot of advertising (Insulation NW). They used high pressure sales tactics and their quote for the job was 83% more than what we paid for with 316 Insulation! Never go with a company that says, "This deal is only good until the end of the day". That is always a red flag! 316 Insulation gave me an honest quote that day, and it was good for 30 days. 316 Insulation is a great company to work with. They offer fair and reasonable pricing, their communication with you before, during and after the project is great. For these reasons I continue to use them for all my insulation needs on my remodeling projects.

I found 316 Insulation after extensive online research, including BBB. 316 was prompt with pre-quote inspection, providing a quote, answering all of my questions quickly and setting up the appointment for complete new crawl space insulation, vapor barrier and filling in rat entry points. Two workmen did the job. They were professional, punctual and courteous. They answered my questions and showed me pictures of the completed work. Their work was neat. They hauled away the old insulation and cleaned up not only the crawl space but the garage where they were working from. I got three quotes. They were similar in amount. I chose 316 because of their attentiveness and promptness to my questions and needs. They were great to work with.Review from Blake P

From the first call for an estimate through after the work was done, 316Insulation has been great to work with. We asked for 3 different options/estimates which were provided in a timely manner (thank J) and once we picked one we were scheduled quickly. ******* and **** came out and got the work done, plus letting us know we had a potentially dangerous wiring situation under the house. Plenty of clear communication, pictures before and after, would definitely recommend this company. We have a combination manufactured home plus an addition on a foundation, which was a tight squeeze but they didn't balk at any of it at all. My wife and I recently hired 316 insulation to fully redo my crawl space and attic in our first home. Working with them has been outstanding and I cant recommend them enough! The company is a family owned business and they treat you like family in the best ways. I had a few quotes in the jobs they performed and they had extremely fair pricing, great communication, and educated us on the services provided. I want to give a special shout out to ******* one of the contractors that was at our job site every time. He was extremely professional and a very hard worker. On the last day of work they identified one area of concern and are performing a follow up inspection to verify everything is good. These people really stand by their work and what to make sure it is done properly which I respect!316 Insulation, LLC Response

Totally satisfied with our crawlspace re-do, both the preliminary assessment visit and the install. We'd had rat damage to insulation under our house, the batting and the insulation around heat ducts. We'd previously had the space sealed-up by an exterminator, so rats won't return. ****** arrived on time, completed exactly what we were told would be done, removed all residue, cleaned up and left our **************** with new plastic sheeting on the ground. We asked for and received extra under-house insulation to bring ** up to 2023 standards. I would recommend 316 without hesitation. Our daughter knows the owners so could assure us beforehand that this is a reputable and reliable company. Thanks ******!!Review from William T

316 Insulation did our crawlspace rehabilitation installing new insulation. vapor barrier, and sealed for rodent entry. The team was professional, courteous and punctual. They worked hard to complete the job and made sure the finished crawlspace was a positive for our home.
