    I changed insurance providers for my business from them to an other company. Filled out the cancellation paperwork and was told everything was ok. About a month later I start getting bills again on my cancelled account, called and they claimed system error and not to worry. Flash forward a few months and I've called and emailed a few times, they say it's ok but now they sent me a collection letter on the bill amount that was never supposed to be issued which will give me a credit ding for their mistake.

    On this account, the first two payments on the renewal (effective 2/1/23) were deducted via EFT. We then received return items from the bank for both payments, with a reason of Authorization Revoked by Customer. The account was then removed from EFT, Return Payment Notices sent, and the account was billed to get current. Payment was not received. We sent Pending Cancellation notice 4/10, due 4/26. Policy cancelled for non-payment effective 4/26/23. Earned Premium and Final Earned Premium notices were sent, followed by a Pending Collection Notice which was due 6/30/23.

    Member Services received correspondence from the insured on 6/26 indicating that they cancelled the policy. The agent was contacted, a signed cancellation requested was received, and the policy was reinstated 6/29 and recancelled on 6/30 effective 2/20/23. 

    There is still a balance due of $93.00 for coverage provided from renewal effective date 2/1/23 to cancellation date 2/20/23. The revised earned premium notice will be sent to the insured.
