    I went into ********************* on 12/10/2023 To look at a ********************** Upon Purchase of the vehicle the sales person went to fill up the gas. After only filling up the gas half way, a day or two later I had to fill up myself. Upon doing that I had found out that the gas door button along with the two other buttons next to it do not work. When realizing that, the salesperson would have known and did not mention it to me. Also they had told me that the car was equipped with Pulse. When I had decided to have a friend check out the brake lights while I was braking I then realized that Pulse had never been installed on the vehicle at all. They charged me for a service that was not even performed and without me having to do my own investigating I would have never known. A week after having the car I was finally able to get time to lift the car and look at it for myself to inspect/plan for future upgrades. I found that the rear alignment was way WAY out of spec having the rear wheels cambered way in. As a result the driver rear tire was not only showing cords but the cords were busted through, the passenger side rear tire had ZERO tread left on the inner part. I am lucky to have not had a major blow out on the freeway. This put my life at risk! When I called the *** told me that I can drive it back to them or I need to call roadside assistance to get it back to them. After letting them know that I am not going to be responsible and I am not wasting anymore time on the car he became really annoyed as he didnt want to help but eventually arranged a time the next morning to get it towed up to them. The next morning I get to work and my boss calls me into his office and begins to tell me that ************************ had called and was telling them how disrespectful I am and how they could possibly employ someone like me. Calling for me to be fired because I was upset they could have potentially killed me. They tried to intimidate me so I wouldn't take further action.

    I scheduled to have my car go in for 3 recalls over a month in advance. I told them I wanted new tires as *** owed me some from the tire program I had and to also do an oil change and anything else that was necessary, they assured me everything would be done. I get to work and ***** with the service department said they have no record of such agreement. I said well, when a business sells, aren't they supposed to take on all the debt and business? He didn't have a reply. He referred me to the General Manager, ****. **** told me that they did away with all of the programs that Performance *** used to offer. So basically, I told **** I feel like I been screwed. He continued on and told me he would like to keep my business and that he would give me the tires at his cost, but I would have to pay something. I thought **** was being helpful and sympathetic, and I was grateful for that outcome. Come to find out when ***** called, he told me the price would be ******. I asked what the breakdown of that was and he said I buy 3 tires and got the 4th one for a $1.00! What kind of wholesale cost is that? Plus when I asked him what kind of warranty that offers, ***** couldn't tell me. Kind of weird the service **** doesn't know that. I called ******************* for the same tires and NO WAU did **** HONOR WHAT HE SAID. I told ***** how disappointed I was and that I would like to go elsewhere. He proceeded to tell me all my RECALL PARTS WERE NOT IN EVEN THOUGH THATS WHY I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT A MONTH IN ADVANCE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! WHY DID I EVEN GO THERE TODAY? FOR A OIL CHANGE? PATHETIC!!
