I am an investor in WST. I purchased equipment from WST in second half of 2021 with the expectation that I would be a paid a monthly dollar amount from the revenues of the machines that were purchased and managed by WST/WSM.In July of 2023, the company discontinued payments to it's investors and are not communicating, but with a small group of investors on what is happening with the company and why we are not being paid. We have been made promises to be made current every month with zero payouts or proven progress by the company. We were promised that we would be made current on payments, we could have our equipment purchased back by the company at 100% of our original purchase price, and we would be given an inconvenience payment for our trouble related to loans that were taken for this equipment, our time, and financial duress this investment has caused. The company does not respond to most emails and I believe at this time a fraudulent company.As investors, we invested a minimum of $425K dollars. We need help in having this company communicate with its investors, make us current on payments, and communicate a resolution to the contracts that were signed. This company is in breach of contract and more importantly, providing no communication to its investors.I would like this company to make me current on past due payments, pay me for financial losses related to this investment (wire fees, interest for loans and sale of other investments to keep current on my obligations, and purchase back my equipment at 100% of the purchase price.Initial Complaint

Despite previous assurances from Water Station Technology of a resolution, the issue persists, and I have not received payments amounting to over $32K. This delay has persisted for months and despite their promises to address the matter, I have not received any communication or updates on the status of my payments.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:Water stations signed the buy back agreement last year and suppose to close the transaction.they havent paid me for 11 months ..this is affecting my livelihood as I need to make monthly bank payments.

The management contract was put into place in May 2020 and this have not honored the contract and made payments for 11 months. They have promised to buyback the machines but have not followed through on the buy back agreement.Business response

Recently they sent an email saying they are close to a resolution but nothing has been done. We have not received a payment in over 11 months. Lots of promises but no real details, timelines and no payments. Feel like this is just another ploy to string us along with false hope that they are close to paying me.Customer response

Signed a business agreement with WST in Nov, 2021 to purchase 50 water machines. Part of the agreement includes a monthly revenue for WST's sister company WaterStation Management (WSM) to put these machines at their customers sites & manage them.WST/WSM did pay the monthly revenue since Jan 2022 but the payments have stopped since June 2023. We have been working with their management but haven't been told numerous times their are working to resolve this issue but have missed deadlines every time.Business response

I bought 50 water vending machines from this business for a total of $425,000.00 in later 2021. I was supposed to get 12% per year or 1% per month from the company for my having bought the machines, which they would place and maintain and collect money on. I have not received payment since June of last year. I seek to get my investment back plus all monthly payments they have not paid.Business response

Regarding the case named above, ************* promised to send me a buy back agreement. ************* has done this with many investors with no follow through. He might actually send me a buy back agreement without actually buying back the machines. This has been his pattern since he stopped making payments to investors.Initial Complaint

As others have stated...Water Stations Technology has failed to keep the contract that we agreed to. The portal is useless and does not report so there is no telling what the machines are actually doing. I have been promised for 6 months now that payments would be made but has not been.Customer response

They have not followed the *** service agreement and have not followed the addendum. The portal is not accurate and does not show accurate information after 5 years of letting them know. They have not made their payments for 10 months now.

I am rejecting this response because:
**** has been telling me since September of 2023 I would getting my payments which I haven't received nothing. They keep telling people for the last 2.5 months that they are working on loans to get people paid up but still have yet to see any payments. The inspector generals office may be getting involved in this case.

I have engaged WSM to service my waterstations and collect revenues and send me my share of profits. WSM has not paid my profits for over 3 months and has been very unresponsive to my complaints. They have not provided me with any financial information for over 10 months.Business response

I have filled my water jugs up for years at the *** at *************************************************. The machine has not filled up correctly, do not take money correctly, or are simply not working. I have called customer support multiple times about this. Each time I am offered a refund and they take down my information and promise a refund and no refund is ever sent. I am owed nearly $100 at this point.Business response

As discussed, a refund in the amount of $2 was processed 3/10/2023 (reference ID ****************** and a refund in the amount of $10 was processed 5/5/2023 (reference ID *****************, via ***************************** ticket has been opened to repair HEB 425 ************************************. Additionally, I am working with the branch to either enhance our waterstation or add a 3rd waterstation to keep up with demand. In turn this will prevent the frequent breakdowns.
Lastly, I have provided an alternate store in the meantime for you to get your water. The store is located at HEB **************************************. Email correspondence is attached.
I truly appreciate your business and will consistently work on this matter until it has been completely resolved. As stated I will remain in contact to ensure all concerns have been addressed.
