ThenPhone *** in **** ********** is selling fake ********* device's i purchased a surface 3 from them supposed to be 128gb with a 1.9ghz processor when the thing finally got enought charge to turn on i found it only had 64gb of memory and maybe .8ghz processor! needless to say this wasnt enough to run the software i needed it to! the whole time i was talking to to them they assured me it was a legit ********* surface 3 even after pulling out a micro usb to charge the device my concern grew even more so i brought this to their attention and they still swore up and down it was a surface 3 with 128gb and 1.9ghz at this point they plugged the device in and it was so dead i had to weight another 2 hours for the thing to take enough charge to turn on cause i did not want to take a device unless it had the ability to at least show the windows home page! well we finally got that then they tell me its ****** and i said you have it advertised as ***** why the ******************************************************************************************** fair condition! then the other *** that was there told me the exact opposite that the open box was less then the fair condition device and i said good he just told me that was the open box one so ***** was what it should cost! and the other *** said my fault i had them mixed up and i replied how can you tell both device are in unmarked boxes with no difference it sounds like your just trying to get the most you possibly can with some Laim excuse so needless to say i ended up pay ****** for a fake device! just do yourself a favor and do not shop at the phone *** in ****! the last time i went there to try and have to issue resolved they kicked me and my service animal out of their show room saying the wasn't allowed even after i tole them he was my service animal now I'm talking to the board of disabled and have yet another lawsuit pending on how they treat disabled people and their service animals!

I was doing some research about the company. It's a mixed between ****** Reviews and here. The store contacted me several times to see if I have any question, so I gave them a try. To be honest, I have no complaints. It's the best service I've ever received in the longest time. No complaints

We saw them on offer up, the phone we wanted could not be shipped, even though it says on offer up they ship, however they make you order from their website phoneguysonline The money was taken out, received a tracker number, and it has not moved for over 2 weeks. When trying to contact someone, each store location says they cannot help and it has to be done through online customer support (mind you the ** location is listed as their flagship and they said they could not help) The online support only gives a option to message, text a number or e mail. We have done all 3 five different times. We have yet to receive any kind of contact or help regarding this issue.
