            I engaged ****** and his team in July 2022 for my new construction project, and unfortunately, I have several significant concerns:The most critical issue was the delay caused by ******'s false claims. He assured me that he had applied for permanent power with the city a year before, but in reality, he didn't do so until two months into the project. This delay cost me extension fees with the bank, preventing me from moving in as planned.The city mandated a power box in the ground, which ****** repeatedly promised to handle but ultimately left for me to source on my own.To this day, none of the switches or outlets in the house work. I had to bring in different electricians to rectify the situation. Additionally, the smoke detectors never synced up, necessitating the hiring of another professional.None of the coaxial cables in the house function as intended; all five are non-operational.Lastly, my shower niche light remains dysfunctional, and ****** and his team have been unresponsive to address these issues.Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of work and the lack of responsiveness from ****** and his team My goal is to have him compensate me for the time, energy and hiring a new eletrician to come and fix everything

            Hi Volts Electric does not accept this complaint because we did all of the work the customer asked for.  We passed every inspection, so we are unclear on what the problem is.
            We still haven't received the final payment from *********
