My car needed a basic oil and filter change, and I took it to Hansville Repair. They called and claimed that something broke off, but I know that it did not happen before I brought the car it. They were the ones that broke off the part, and ended up charging me thousands of dollars to repair it. My car was running fine when I took it there, and after taking it to them they said the car wasn't in running condition and I'd have to get my car towed. So to get my car back I was forced to pay thousands of dollars. And after I got it back, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off, smoking and not drivable. Everything they told me was wrong with the car, I went to get a second opinions from different mechanics, who told me what Hansville Repair told me was untrue and they were overcharging for the repairs.I walked into the shop and overheard the owner and employees saying that they need to make at least 10 grand a month to keep the place running, which should have been a red flag that they didn't notice a customer was standing there listening to their conversation. When you ask questions about what is going on with the car and dig deeper, they redirect and divert away from the questions. They use a lot of profanity, and I'm putting this out there so others know. They are not honest, they overcharge, they misdiagnose, overexaggerate issues, and are liars.
