Eastside Estate Liquidations did a fabulous job for my client when she closed out her sisters estate. The house was packed! ****** ran 3 separate auctions to cover all the items that needed to be sold. Her and her team handled the entire process! A little over a year ago, my boyfriend and I was discussing about attending estate sales for we both have never had the pleasure of attending before. She was clearly busy with other pickups, we had no problem waiting for our turn. My bf and I really felt she had a special something about herself to be able to help people sell their estate. **************** genuinely empathic, caring, personable person from what we saw. ****** at Eastside Estate Liquidation came highly recommended by our realestate agent. Eastside was the third company I interviewed. The first two were not even nice about turning me down. We had recently moved my Mom to assisted living and wanted to empty her home of 40+ years of treasures. Every room was filled. ****** came from ******** to my Moms home in ********** and was a delight from when she first walked in the door. She was immediately letting me know what she thought would be great for the online auction and what she would hold out for the in person sale. She spent several days sorting and photographing. She has a team that is amazing at helping her do the research on special items. Her goal is always to make it the best experience for the seller. Eastside added a bright light to a very challenging process. After the very successful three day sale she connected me to another great small business that help me clear out what did not sell and leave the house very clean. Plan ahead they are a sought after company, for a good reason.

Excellent company! Eastside Estate Liquidation was straight forward and clear with communicating the estate sale process, well organized, and efficient. I liked that the sales were split 50/50 and no extra fees. After showing EastSide Estate Liquidation all the items to be sold, they took it from there and independently handled everything with ease. With many things to handle during a time of loss, working with Eastside really gave me relief.
