We got a bid for our house to be painted in August 2021 from Puget Sound paint and design LLC. They started the work in September 2021 and got 90% of the house painted until the weather turned bad and they could not finish. We had some problems with our front window leaking after they failed to reseal it and they failed to finish painting the window trim that they said they would do. They told us that they would be out in the spring to summer of 2022 depending on the weather, they did come out and seal around the window, but did not repair the damage that was caused around the window from the leaking water in the spring of 2022 I reached out to the company about picking up their equipment that they had left at our house and also about getting a day set up to finish the paint job and to finish the trim work. I waited about six weeks for a response and *******. Finally they responded to me after I then complained about the second issue we were now having and the paint was peeling on one side of the house. ****** said that he wouldnt wanted to send out a representative from the company to see what was going on. The representative came out from *******************************. He said that this was an issue with older homes and could be fixed in about a day. ****** spoke with the. The Paint representative ****** said that he would get in contact with me and we would set up a time to get this stuff all fixed. I sent him several texts, several messages several calls and on September 19 of 2022. He responded and said he was going to call me after 6 PM and I have not heard from him cents. I have been sending text messages calls, everything that I can think of hoping that he would come out and finish the job that is all we want done as we want the areas that were not finished finished and the stuff that was peeling off repaired. Thank you *********************.

I have read ********************* complaints, when she originally made the complaints me and a ******************************* rep came out to the house to look at the problem because I would like to have a second opinion. Me and the ******************************* rep looked at the project and ***** had stated through out the project that her siding was very old. Which typically is not a big deal. The siding has only ever been primed its whole life span until we painted it. Me and the ******************************* rep took a look and it looked like the siding is delaminating from itself from it being so old. When we peeled back a spot of paint there was wood on the back of the peeling, as evidence of siding delaminating from itself. As far as the windows go I believe we are not responsible for the windows leaking. From my understanding she had a lot of window problems after she got her foundation jacked and leveled by another company and had told me that some of her windows had broken out. Ultimately, I would like to resolve the issue. Although, I believe there is only so much I can do for the old siding and that the problem will still exist after I "FIX" it. Which will ultimately just be a band aid I believe to bigger issues going on with the home.

I am rejecting this response because: when the ******************************* rep, came out here to our house. You were not present at the time I asked you if you could have the rep call and explain to me what he had told you. The rep also stated that there was delamination from the wood being old and that he felt that it could be repaired within one day he said that those areas could be scraped primed and painted, and that would probably fix the solution, as if as it needed to be done when the weather was better not when it was raining and wet out. The other issue that I have is that you had trim in the back of the house and trim around a couple of windows on one side of the house that were never finished and that where the caulking was placed after you painted over at the caulking and the paint came off. We showed you guys immediately after this happened you and your wife came out. And And you said that we could get repaired and you would finish the trim at that later into the next year when the weather was better since then I have repeatedly tried to get a hold of you guys the front window where the water leaked your wife was notified immediately, which was the first week that it rained after she painted that it was leaking. She said she was sending out one of her guys to re-caulk around the window and she should have checked it better when they did it he never showed nor did you guys come back out until almost a month later and after several messages that were sent to you about this leakage, I do feel that the trim that was ruined around that window is your responsibility to fix. I would just like the items that need to be fixed and finished done. I have tried for almost a year now to get this worked out and taken care of. I paid you guys in full at the end of  the paint job and I should not have, but I did that in good faith because you guys had at that time followed through on most everything that you guys had told me we didnt have the paint issue with the side of the house until that next spring and the reason that I finally was able to get a hold of you is because you wanted to come and get your ladder that had been sitting at our house since earlier the year before  if we can get these a couple of things taken care of the trim in the back the trim around the windows that side of the house where the paint is peeling and the trim around the front window. Also, the work done on our house was done a couple of years prior to you guys doing your work and we had no issues of leaky water anywhere around the house or the windows so hopefully you can understand my frustration in this. Please try calling me and I will try calling you so that we can get this taken care of.

    Sincerely,
