***** sold me a life time oil change a month ago or at least that she charged me for. But she didnt even know how their soy stem works she keep asking questions to ***** on how to add my address, my card etc. at the end she said that the system logged her out and she didnt know how to recover the page. I got charged for the plan and she said that she was going to figure out and give a call back. Fine, I left ITS BEEN A MONTH and she still havent figure it out. I been calling her and she said is that she is working on it and thats was going to called me back and surprise. No calls.Finally, last Friday I decided to go in person and she still didnt have an answer. Another person helped me and told me to buy the plan again and that the first plan was going to be cancelled. Did that. They told me to wait for the refund by today Monday and first thing in the morning instead of refund I got charged again. How many plans do I have now? And why are you selling plans if you dont even know your system?I went to the dealership at 6:00 today and what I received instead of answers was yelling for the service manager (that didnt even bother saying his name. The only old man in the service department).I told him I was tired of this situation and that I wasnt leaving without my refunds for the money that they been taking out of my account and his answer I guess you are camping, because nobody is here. Yes that is the MANAGERRR!!! He was also yelling at me saying if I didnt understand that he couldnt do anything. Even the guy that was with us was uncomfortable for how he was taking to me. If I could put a 0 I would. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they took advantage. They didnt explain anything about roll over loans, didnt talk to me about giving me money for my trade in and didnt talk to me about the financial break down of everything. I kept trying to talk to the person helping me about lowering the price on the car but they shrugged it off and never listened to me. They kept ignoring everything I tried talking to them about, since they were closing soon. I asked if we could just do the paper signing the next Monday but they basically told me you wont get the car someone else will and pressured me. Dont like this dealership or the people there will never do business with them again.
