Our new Kohler shower installation leaked and caused damage to our ceiling which is directly below the shower. Pacific Bath admitted fault, but they took several months to settle my warrantee claim. This consumed much of my free time, many phonecalls, many emails...all in all it took three months. Plus I had to arrange a paint contractor to fix their mistake! We love our new shower! The quality is exceptional. ***** and ******* did a great job! They were on time, respectful, and quiet. And they cleaned up!

Pacific Bath installed a Kohler Luxstone walk-in shower in my Condo. The crew did a great job installing the shower. They were on-time and respectful. The finished product installation is flawless. The only minor issue I have is with the Kohler shower head and handheld shower that came with the kit. They are cheap and not up to the quality of the rest of the product. The hose on the handheld shower is made of stiff plastic and made it almost useless. This wasn't Pacific Bath's fault. I immediately replaced them with Hammerhead all stainless steel showerheads and now the shower is perfect.Pacific Bath Company Response

I give Pacific Bath a 5 Star review for product quality and installation. I have 2 minor criticisms:1. We had a plumber new to Pacific Bath and he was unfamiliar with leak testing of the drain. The inspector turned down the installation. Pacific sent a new plumber the following day and we passed inspection,2. The salesman did not know if we required an inspection. He sold to our county all of the time and should have known this. We did need the project inspected and this added another day.Pacific Bath Company Response

This new review is due to an error in my 8/16/24 review where it should have been listed as a FIVE STAR review instead of One. Pacific Bath has done a superb job installing two new showers. Gabriel P*****, their Sales Representative, was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He explained the features based on my request and provided excellent drawings. Roni B********, their Lead Installer, was most professional and thorough. All steps of the installation process were explained, as were any questions as to the placement of the shower heads, etc. THANK YOU, Pacific Bath for the excellent addition to my home!!Pacific Bath Company Response

We recently purchased a walk in tub. It is the best purchase ever for our body aches and pains. Pacific bath only took two days to take out our existing tub and install our new tub. Yes I said only two days. Thank you so much. We are thoroughly enjoying our tub.Pacific Bath Company Response
