On Monday 11/18/2024 I logged into what I thought was a secure government website to try to renew my passport. It turns out the website was "Fast Form Filler" and is a scam website with numerous BBB complaints. Luckily my payment to the website did not go through, but they did collect my personal information including: name, address, birthplace, social security number, passport number and credit card number. I would like confirmation this scam company cannot use my personal information for identity theft if possible.

They refunded 100% of the charge.
This matter can be closed as satisfied.

    Thanks, ****

I needed to renew my passport online and the site falsely presented itself as the first legitimate step in the process using an easy ****** search. The website even goes so far as to use similar fonts, colors, and functionality to mimic actual government websites. The site has you enter relevant and private information into a PDF without any disclaimers about not being associated and is simply a site with free forms. They charged $88.83 for transposing information I typed into a PDF, which is not difficult and not the implied service. I emailed for a full refund as I will not be using these forms and the removal of my private information. I was told that they would offer a refund of 25% as a "good faith" resolution and 50% off future services. In response to my request to remove my private information from their database, I was informed that they follow security guidelines. The service is fraudulent, predatory, and exploitative from beginning to end.

This company disguises its self as a government website for renewing passports. It relies on deceiving people for its existence. They are nothing but scammers.

I ******* 'renew passport online' and went to a site called 'Fast Form Filler' expecting to fill out info to renew my US Passport. All that thus so-called servcie did was type out a regular passport renewal form and email it to me for a fee of $67.88. I still have to print it out, mail it to the *********** and pay the standard fees. I think this is deceiving and fraudulent and I would like a refund.

I thought I was filling out an online application with the US Government to renew my passport. This company portrayed themselves as the **** entity. When I thought my application was complete I didnt understand why I wasnt asked for my photo the the website told me to print my papers and mail them into the Govt. Why would I do that when I was applying online. This company is a total scam charging people money for things the **** offers for free. This has cost me $67.88 for a service I didnt need. Not to mention a service that will take longer than what the **** offers. I am trying to expedite a password and dont want to mail the application in when this business can all be conducted online. Beware of this predatory company

I ordered, what I thought was my social security card, through **************************, and it was NOT my social security card that they charged me $39.97 for it was for a pre filled application for my social security card! When I asked for my full refund the lady emailed me back and was like how about I just give you a 25% refund! I was so upset and needless to say I never received my refund or my social security card!

My wife used them because she thought she was applying for a US passport through their site. She paid almost $100 for them to do nothing but fill out a form. Then she didn't even receive the form in her email. They tricked her and stole money from us. They shouldn't be allowed to do this to people. They are scammers and they trick people into thinking they are applying for an actual passport.

I paid for this company to provide me with a document that is completely free from the government website. When I requested a refund because I had been informed that I did not need my social security card, I was told that the order was already completed and that I would receive a refund that was "10 or 25%".I did not fill out the packet that was required to be sent, nor did I send it. When I asked why the order had been completed even though I had not done either of those things, I was told "completed order refers to our ability to provide you with a completed SS-5 form and a shipping label that you can use to mail your application." Essentially, they charge you almost $40 to fill out a form that you can get for free and do completely online, also for free. The government provides 3 free social security cards a year, 10 in a lifetime, and they are charging almost $40 for it.
