    I ordered a set of oars and loks from this company. I waited many months and did not receive anything. I then filed a credit card dispute. At this time he shipped me some of my order plus some extra stuff but not the oar shafts. He then lied to the credit card company and said he shipped everything and i was trying to steal from him! To this day i have never received my oar shafts and he refuses to ship them. I have two sets of loks from him. I also have much email correspondence where he promises to ship everything by a certain time and if he doesnt he owes me etc. lots of emails. At this point i just want my almost $1000.

    Bought and paid for product. Did not receive after a few months contacted business directly multiple times. He kept telling me he was going to mail it tomorrow 3 different times . Now I have requested a refund and he will not give it back

    I paid $1,458.42 on April 11, 2022 for my order. The seller said they would ship my order the following week. Since April 11, the seller has not called me with an update. I have made numerous attempts to call the business, the voicemail box is full so I cannot leave a message. I have sent 3 emails asking for an update (5/9, 5/20, 5/27) on my order and no response.When I did get a hold of the seller, I was told he has the products in stock and will be shippingI still do not have the product. I have sent instant messages to the seller through ************ asking for an update. The seller said he is close to shipping my order. I cancelled the order 83 days after paying the invoice. I have disputed the charge through my bank. The seller responded to one of my cancellation emails saying he would update me with shipping information on 7/5/22. The order was cancelled and needs refunded.
